~Actor Yuvraj Thakur joins the case of MTV Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan in season 2~

Season one of this blockbuster show ended on a truly nail-biting note as fans were left guessing about the future of their favourite characters on the show including the lead characters and the fate of the Fab 5. While the show will be bidding a bittersweet goodbye to a couple of beloved friends from the Fab 5, fans will get to see some exciting new characters entering the show to keep the story fresh and interesting.

MTV Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan has been the No. 1 fiction show in the youth genre in India week after week and recently, it has been occupying the No. 1 slot right from the very first week of its launch. Parth Samthaan’s exit from the show caused a mini tsunami of emotions amongst fans who adored his character – Manik Malhotra and his love story with Nandini. However, as season one came to an end, Parth has exited the show. Speaking about his departure from the show, Parth said, “I wish all the very best to the entire cast and unit. I truly hope that MTV Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan becomes a bigger hit than it was. I had the most memorable journey and I thank each and every one on the show for this. Ranbir and Katrina on Scooters!

Ranbir and Katrina used scooters to travel, during their stay in Thailand. The duo was in Thailand together while they were shooting for their next Jagga Jasoos.

When The actors arrived at Thailand airport along with the entire unit there were cars lined up for them to take them to their destination. While on the way to their hotel, they saw majority of the people in the town were travelling by means of a scooter. Apparently both of them were quite enthusiastic to travel using these Scooters around the country and therefore requested the production house to arrange the two wheeler for them. 

Ranbir and Katrina broke this stereotype and They wanted to go with the mass. From then on, both the lead actors Had their scooters with them and use to travel from one location to another. The crew members also hired a couple of more scooters and use to travel to the sets for shoot and back using their ride

Spokesperson of the film further added "The entire unit along with Ranbir and Katrina switched to scooters to travel around the location. The team had a lot of fun while doing the same"

The film that will see Ranbir and Katrina on the big screen has already gone ahead and finished its shoot in Thailand and South Africa. The film has been shot in varied locations and continues to go on! In fact the team is now working on their next schedule. 

The film also Marks the return of Ranbir and Anurag Basu after Barfi. Ranbir and Katrina will be seen on screen after a very long time.

Elijah Wood's maiden India Tour

Mumbai, September 3, 2015: Elijah Wood, the well-known lead star of 'The Lord of the Rings' launched his maiden India tour today at the Mercedez Benz Showroom, Andheri West. Alongside being a phenomenal actor, he is also a well-known DJ. He along with his partner, Zach Cowie performs by the name- Wooden Wisdom.With Mumbai being the first city, the duo will be performing at Delhi and Hyderabad as well.

Wooden Wisdom as they are called putspieces of music, but also creates a musical conversation through his words.What makes him different from the other DJsin the west is that Elijah mixes Bollywood music in his tracks. As he believes in standing out from the rest, he has also produced special tracks with famous Bollywood songs for his India tour especially for his Indian audience. Among the legends in the Bollywood industry, Elijah promptly spoke about how he is also a huge fan and follower of AshaBhosleand BappiLaahri.

Topping his to do list while in India, he islooking forward to buy a few records which will help him understand Bollywood music even better. As excited and thrilled as he is for his tour, Elijah says, "I do not plan to go to a costa coffee because I'd prefer 'chai' over it. I'm also very amused by the rickshaws here and plan to travel in them while attending my meetings and parties."Apart from all of this, Elijah also plans to have local food while his stay in India.

कपिल शर्मा - फिल्म "किस किसको प्यार करूं"

 कॉमेडी की दुनिया में बुलंदियों पर पहुंच चुके कपिल शर्मा अब बड़े पर्दे पर भी नजर आने वाले हैं। कॉमेडी के बलबूते देश-विदेश में घर-घर पहचान बनाने में सफल रहे कपिल को निर्देशक अब्बास-मस्तान ने अपनी आगामी फिल्म "किस किसको प्यार करूं" से रूपहले पर्दे पर बेहतरीन मौका दिया है। 
कपिल शर्मा को उनका पहला ब्रेक ‘द ग्रेट इंडियन लाफ्टर चैलेंज’ से मिला। इसके साथ ही वह फेम शो ‘काॅमेडी नाइट्स विद् कपिल’ से काफी प्रसिद्ध हुए। इस शो से पहले कपिल शर्मा 9 रियलिटी टीवी शो जीत चुके थे। इस मल्टीटेलेंटेड एक्टर नें अपने प्रतिभाशाली हुनर से काॅमेडी सर्कस के सभी छः सीजन जीते। आईकाॅनिक काॅमेडियन बनने के बाद अब कपिल शर्मा अपनी पहली फिल्म ‘किस किस को प्यार करूं’ से लोगों को आश्चर्यचकित करने को तैयार है। 

हमें अपने छोटे परदे से लेकर बड़े पर्दे की अब तक की जर्नी के बारे में कुछ बताइए?

मैं हमेशा से एक स्टैंड अप काॅमेडियन व गायक बनना चाहता था। मैं एक अभिनेता बनूंगा ये मैंने कभी नहीं सोचा था। इसके साथ ही मुझे एक शो मिला जिसका नाम स्टार या राॅकस्टार था इस शो के जरिए मैंने अपने गायक बनने का सपना पूरा किया। इसके बाद मैंने गायक बनने के लिए कभी अपना लक नहीं आजमाया तो मैने स्टैंड अप काॅमेडी करना शुरू कर दिया। अगर मैं सीधे ही एक्टर बन गया होता तो मुझे विशवास नहीं होता। मैं पिछले 11-12 सालों से काम कर रहा हूं इसलिए अब मैं कैमरे के अनुकूल हो गया हूं और इसी वजह से फिल्म में काम करना मेरे लिए काफी मददगार साबित हुआ।

इस फिल्म में मैं एक ऐसे व्यक्ति का रोल निभा रहा हूं जो एक अच्छा इंसान है। उसकी डिक्शनरी में ना शब्द है ही नहीं और तो और वह हमेशा ही दूसरों की मदद के लिए तैयार रहता है। इसी सहायक व्यवहार की वजह से उसकी शादी तीन औरतों के साथ हो जाती हैं, यहा तक की उसकी एक गर्लफ्रैंड भी होती हैं। फिल्म की कहानी इन्हीं स्थितियों व उनसे निपटनें की कहानी पर आधारित हैं।

इस फिल्म की खासियत यह है कि लोग जैसा मुझे देखना चाहते हैं, वैसा ही लुक मुझे दिया गया है। इसके अलावा पहले लोगों को आशंका थी कि अब्बास-मस्तान की फिल्म है तो मर्डर-मिस्ट्री टाइप ही होगी, लेकिन फिल्म का प्रोमो आते ही हमारे चाहने वालों के जहन से वह शंका भी क्लीयर हो गई। इस फिल्म को भी ऑडियंस का भरपूर प्यार मिलेगा, क्योंकि यह हमारे शो की तरह ही फैमिली के साथ देखने वाली मनोरंजक फिल्म है।

चार हीरोइनों के साथ काम करने का अनुभव कैसा रहा?

इसकी खूबसूरती यही है कि बंदा न चाहते हुए भी चार हीरोइनों को साथ लेकर चलता है। हकीकत तो यह है कि बंदा चाहता नहीं है कि उसकी तीन बीवी और एक गर्लफ्रेंड हो, लेकिन वह जानबूझकर कुछ नहीं करता, बस उसके साथ एक्सिडेंटली ऐसा होता जाता है। अब जब हो ही रहा है तो वह किसी का दिल भी नहीं तोडऩा चाहता है। अपने प्यार को संभालने के साथ ही तीनों बीवियों को वह कैसे हैंडल करता है जैसा अनुभव मेरे लिए खास रहा। साथ ही इस फिल्म की यही खासियत और खूबी भी है।
यह मेरी पहली फिल्म हैं और इस फिल्म में मेरी 4 हीरोइनें हैं व अब्बास-मस्तान द्वारा इसे निर्देशित किया गया है। इस फिल्म में मैंने काम करने का भरपूर आनंद लिया है। असल में ‘काॅमेडी नाइट्स विद् कपिल’ शो को शूट करना काफी तनावपूर्ण रहता है कभी-कभी तो हमें 16-18 घंटे दिन-रात शूट करना पड़ता है इस कारण अगर मुझे कमर दर्द व पीठ दर्द की दिक्कत भी होती है तो पेनकिलर की मदद से शूट जारी रखना पड़ता हैं। यहा तक कि शो के आखिरी पल में भी स्क्रिप्ट में भी बदलाव करने पड़ते हैं पर फिल्मों की शूटिंग की बात करे तो यह पूरी तरह से अलग है फिल्मों में, एक शाॅट देने के बाद अपने वैनिटी वैन में आराम कर दूसरे शाॅट के तैयार होने का इंतजार कर सकते है। इसके साथ ही स्क्रिप्ट, डायलाॅग्स पहले से मिल जाते हैं जिसे शाॅट शुरू होने से पहले बस एक बार पढ़ने की जरूरत होती है। ‘काॅमेडी नाइट्स विद् कपिल’ शो में मेरे अधिक जिम्मेदारी है के कारण मुझ पर काफी दबाव रहता है। वही फिल्म में हर कोई अपने रोल को अच्छे से जानता है जिससे दबाव सिर्फ एक पर नहीं रहता सब में बराबर में बट जाता हैं। फिल्म की शूटिंग की वजह से मेरी जिंदगी में काफी सुधार आया। 

एक कॉमेडियन के लिए रोमांस करना कितना मुश्किल रहा?

 नहीं-नहीं... ऐसा तो कुछ नहीं है। राजस्थान में एक पेपर ने छाप दिया था कि मुझे शूटिंग के दौरान पसीना आया, जबकि ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं था। वहां पर गर्मी इतनी थी कि मुझे पसीना आ रहा था। वैसे भी यह तो अच्छी चीज है। हमें टीवी शोज में ऐसा करने का मौका नहीं मिल पाता है, जबकि इस फिल्म में रोमांस करने का भरपूर मौका मिला।

इस फिल्म को साइन करने का कारण क्या रहा?

हकीकत तो यह है कि पहले मुझे तीन फिल्में करनी थीं, लेकिन किन्हीं कारणों से ऐसा संभव नहीं हो सका। वैसे भी टीवी पर प्रसारित हो रहे मेरे शो की वजह से मेरा किचन तो सेफ है। इसलिए अब मैं भी फिल्म भी ऐसी करना चाहता हूं, जो लोगों को पसंद आए। जैसे- ये तीन बीवियों और एक गर्लफ्रेंड वाला कॉन्सेप्ट नया है, कुछ इस तरह का ही। पहले तो मैं काम करता था, लेकिन अब मुझे कॉमेडी शो एक जिम्मेदारी लगने लगी है, क्योंकि इस शो से मुझे लोगों का भरपूर प्यार मिला है। इसी सिलसिले में जब मैं अब्बास-मस्तान से मिला तो उन्होंने कहा कि यह फिल्म मेरे पास काफी समय से पड़ी थी, क्योंकि मुझे इसके लिए एक कॉमेडी पर्सन चाहिए था, जिसकी टाइमिंग सटीक हो। फिर उन्होंने कहा कि मैं आपके शो का फैन हूं और यह फिल्म मुझे तुम्हारे साथ ही करनी है। यह बात सुनते ही मैंने सोचा कि इतने बड़े डायरेक्टर को मुझ पर भरोसा है तो भला मैं उन्हें न कैसे कर सकता हूं। बस, इस तरह से मैंने फिल्म का साइन कर लिया।

अब फिल्म के बारे में कुछ बताइए?

इस फिल्म में मेरा नाम शिव राम किशन। मां ने मेरा नाम रखा है कि बेटा मुंबई में जाकर कुछ अच्छा करेगा और धार्मिक प्रवृत्ति का रहेगा। उसने मुंबई आकर इतनी तरक्की कर ली है कि वह एक बड़ी कंपनी का सीईओ बन गया है। बस, इसी नाम का फायदा उठाते हुए मैं तीन बीवियों और अपनी गर्लफ्रेंड को हैंडल कर पाता हूं।

क्या आपने कभी सोचा था कि आप इस मुकाम पर पहुंच पाएंगे, किसके जैसा बनना चाहते थे आप?

किसी के जैसा तो बनना भी ठीक नहीं होगा। दरअसल, आज लोग एक चीज को बार-बार एक जैसे अंदाज और फ्लेवर में देख जरा भी पसंद नहीं करते। दुनिया में कुछ नया करने के लिए आपको लोगों से हटकर कुछ अलग करने की जरूरत होती है। इसके लिए इंडस्ट्री से मैंने काफी कुछ सीखा भी है। जब भी मैं बच्चन साहब को देखता हूं कि वे पर्दे पर कॉमेडी और रोमांस के साथ ही एक्शन भी करते हैं तो लगता है कि एक इंसान चाहे तो भला क्या नहीं कर सकता... खैर, अब्बास-मस्तान से भी बहुत कुछ सीखने को मिला। वे जितना दिखने में भोले लगते हैं, हकीकत में वैसे हैं नहीं। एक शॉट में जब मुझे हीरोइन के साथ दिखाना था तो वे ही बोलने लगे कि ऐसे नहीं, थोड़ा और खींचो, फिर बाहों में समेटकर गले से लगाओ.. बड़े ही छिपे रुस्तम हैं वे।

आपने फिल्म में गाने गाए हैं?

इस फिल्म में मैंने दो गाने गाये है। जिसमें से एक गाना क्लब पर आधारित हैं और डा. जीसस द्वारा इसका संगीत दिया गया है। ये गाना खासतौर पर मेरे युवा फैंस के लिए हैं। इस गाने का लिरिक्स काफी फैंस है मुझे विश्वास हैं कि लोगों को यह गाना जरूर ही पसंद आएगा। मेरा दूसरा गाना अंतरा पर आधारित हैं। मुझे विश्वास है कि क्लब गीत को दर्शकों द्वारा सराहा जाएगा। इसके साथ ही इस साल के क्रिसमस व दिवाली का यह क्लब साँग बन जाएगा।

थ्रिलर मूवी की पहचान बना चुके निर्देशक अब्बास-मस्ततान कॉमेडी में कितना सहज रहे?

 
मैं बचपन से ही उनके द्वारा किये गए काम का बहुत बड़ा फैन रहा हूं। यह मेरी पहली फिल्म है इसलिए मुझे नहीं पता था कि फिल्म कैसे बनती है लेकिन अब्बास-मस्तान जैसे अच्छे फिल्ममेकर्स के साथ काम करने का अनुभव बहुत बढि़या रहा। वह उन बेहतरीन निर्देशकों में से है जिनके साथ हर कोई अपनी पहली फिल्म बनाना चाहता है।
यह भी थ्रिलर ही है, जिसकी तीन-तीन बीवियां हों, जरा सोचिए उसका क्या हाल होगा। बहरहाल, वे बेहतरीन डायरेक्टर्स हैं। उन्हें अपनी कहानी के साथ न्याय करना बखूबी आता है। इसलिए कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता कि मर्डर-मिस्ट्री या थ्रिलर फिल्मों के अलावा वे कॉमेडी और रोमांटिक फिल्में नहीं बना सकते। उनके निर्देशन का लोग पहले की तरह इस बार भी तारीफ ही करेंगे.

आपके पसंदीदा काॅमेडियन कौन है जिससे आपको प्रेरणा मिली?

महमूद सर से लेकर जाॅनी लीवर और अमानुलाह खान इन सभी के कामों से मुझे काॅमेडियन बनने की प्रेरणा मिली है हालांकि मैंने काॅमेडी की तुलना में अधिक गंभीर काम भी किया है और वो हैं अमृतसर और दिल्ली में थिएटर।

इंडस्ट्री में आ रहे नए लोगों के बारे में आपकी क्या राय है और उन्हें नसीहत देना चाहेंगे।

इंडस्ट्री में सभी मेरे दोस्त हैं। आजकल कम्पटीशन के जमाने में सभी लोग मेहनती और जुझारू हैं तो सभी लोग अच्छा ही कर रहे हैं। मैं देखकर दंग रह जाता हूं कि लोग डांस सीख रहे हैं और घुड़ सवारी की टे्रनिंग ले रहे हैं, मेरे तो बस की बात ही नहीं है। रही बात नसीहत की तो भला मैं कौन होता हूं...


सफलता के लिए आपका मंत्र क्या है?

मैं अपने रोल को निभाने के लिए बहुत मेहनत करता हूं और मैं यह उम्मीद करता हूं कि एक एक्टर के तौर पर लोग मुझे पसंद करेंगे। फिलहाल तबीयत खराब रहने के चलते चैनल और हमारी टीम ने ‘कपिल नाईट विद कपिल’ को ब्रेक देने का प्लान बनाया है बजरंगी भाई हमारा आखिरी शो थ

Nikhil was nervous about shooting intimate sequences

Nikhil Advani’s films are known to have subtle romance tracks but his next Katti Batti is about a couple in a live-in relationship. Therefore, the director had to shoot a few intimate sequences in order to establish his characters and their story. We hear that the director was a nervous man during the shoot. He was shy and also felt a little embarrassed about filming those intimate scenes.

Nikhil was keen that his lead actors, Imran Khan and Kangana Ranaut be extremely comfortable with each other, so that the chemistry comes off as natural. Our source says, “Eventually when the time came to shoot these scenes Nikhil took all possible measures and ensured that very few people were present on the set during the making of these scenes. He was both surprised and relieved that Imran and Kangana were not in the least nervous and they ensured that the scenes were perfectly captured. They were so professional that the whole thing was wrapped up quicker than expected. Nikhil was very satisfied with the shots.”

After the great success of  Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and Mary Kom, Rob Miller roped in for Azhar.

International stunt and sports director, Robert Miller aka Rob Miller who has worked on several Hollywood films including John Miller Must Die and License to Wed, apart from international sitcoms like One Tree Hill and The Office has been roped in to direct the sports sequences in MSM Motion Pictures & Balaji Motion Pictures' Azhar starring Emraan Hashmi.

The sports director who last worked on National award winning sports films ' Mary Kom , Bhaag Milkha Bhaag  and Chak De! India ‘ will now be chalking out and directing some crucial highlight scenes in the entertainer based on the life and times of former Indian Captain , Azharuddin.. Sources reveal that Rob and his team of stunt and sports coordinators are currently in London, where the film is being shot. Recently we spotted cricketer Azharuddin flying to London to overlook the filming of the cricket scenes and support Emraan Hashmi in the portrayal of himself. One could only imagine what a cricketing  extravaganza film ‘Azhar’ would be with  Azharuddin’s technique and Rob miller’s expertise.

Rob Miller’s quote - " We are excited to come on board, Azhar. Its been exciting few days on the sets as we are shooting critical cricket portions. Aanand Rai and Mudassar Aziz’s Pakistani discovery for Happy Bhaag Jayegi

After delivering Rs 150-crore-plus super hit this year – Tanu Weds Manu Returns, producer-director Aanand L Rai has already started working on his next, Happy Bhaag Jayegi to be produced by Colour Yellow Productions and directed by Mudassar Aziz. The movie featuring Abhay Deol and Diana Penty will go on floors by September first week and will be extensively shot in Punjab and Chandigarh.

The comic ensemble, Happy Bhaag Jayegi, features interesting characters to be essayed by equally interesting cast, which will be revealed soon. It’s learnt that for Happy Bhaag Jayegi, Aanand L Rai and director Mudassar Aziz have already zeroed in on the Pakistani actress Momal Sheikh to play a pivotal role. Momal is a celebrated name in Pakistan and has acted in popular television serials and has been associated with theatre.

A source informs, “Both Aanand L Rai and Mudassar Aziz had a small get together with the cast and crew of Happy Bhaag Jayegi recently. While discussing the movie with Pakistani actor Javed Sheikh (Namastey London and Om Shanti Om), the makers informed him that they were looking for a female actor for the important role and Javed suggested them a couple of names. Surprisingly, they came across Javed’s daughter Momal at the do and were fascinated by her look. They spoke to Javed about Momal and were surprised that the actor didn’t mention his daughter’s name but after a long chat, both Aanand and Mudassar mutually decided to launch Momal in Bollywood.”

Mandana Karimi froze on first day shoot of Bhaag Johnny

For any newcomer, facing the camera for the first time is not easy. Ask the Iranian model-turned-actor Mandana Karimi and she will certainly vouch for that! Prior to joining films, Mandana has modeled for various renowned fashion designers and has appeared in several television ads.  

The gorgeous young actor will be seen in Shivam Nair’s action thriller, Bhaag Johnny alongside Kunal Khemu releasing this year. Like a newcomer, Mandana too was little nervous facing the camera for the first time. It so happened that the first scene she had to shoot for the movie was an emotional one with a long list of intense dialogues. While enacting the scene, Mandana forgot her lines and froze.

A source says, “Mandana was nervous since it was her first shot she forgot her lines. Fortunately, director Shivam Nair came to her rescue and convinced her that she can do it. Apparently, the director asked the crew members to evacuate the set to make her comfortable and gave her the pep talk. After a few rehearsals, she regained her confidence and gave one of the most impactful shots from the movie.”

Mandana's Quote: It was just a bad day. I was very nervous. And although everybody was very encouraging, I don't know I just froze completely. And next thing I know is that tears are rolling out of my eyes. Thank god for Shivam sir who calmed me down and showed his faith in me.

Vidya Balan to host TED Talks on television in India !

Powerhouse performer Vidya Balan has been approached to host TED Talks on television in India. In a unique format, TED America is being brought to Indian television and the actress is their first and only choice to host the show in the country.

TED is a global set of conferences run by the private non-profit Sapling Foundation, under the slogan "Ideas Worth Spreading".TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages.

Sources reveal that the foundation wants to do a Hindi television show to cater to the Indian market and they are currently in talks with a leading GEC to air the show. APPARENTLY Vidya is extremely excited to be part of this especially since the agenda of the show is to make great ideas accessible and spark conversation.

Katti Batti starcast Imran and Kangana have been moving around town promoting their upcoming film in the most unique ways.

However, Imran Khan is heard to be all praises for his co-star Kangana Ranaut. While the shoot of the film was going on Imran noticed and observed Kangana’s eye for detail.

In addition, Imran mentioned about times where Kangana would not only work on perfecting her performance and dailouges but would pay equal attention to her look, fulfilling all requirements of Payal, her onscreen character.The actress would also pay attention to intricate details while filming. She would gather information about the props, the staging, lights, etc. before commencing to shoot a scene.

Kangana and Imran shared a great comfort level while filming together, a sneak peak of which has been seen in the trailer released by the makers. Both the actors further even bonded on their love for tattoos and broke the ice!

Spokesperson of the film confirmed the news and added " Imran admired Kangana's eye for detail on the sets of the shoot. Both share a great rapport and have had a lot of fun while shooting Katti Batti"

Aamir Khan reminisces about Andaz Apna Apna in style.

It has been 21 years since Andaz Apna Apna released, but it still holds a special place in Aamir's heart.

Aamir was recently spotted wearing a Red T-shirt with Shakti Kapoor's face embossed on it.

The T-Shirt read 'Release Go Go', referring to Shakti Kapoor's character 'Crime Master Go Go' from Rajkumar Santoshi's Film Andaz Apna Apna.

Aamir wore the T-Shirt revisiting the film with a touch of humor.

The film that released in April, 1994 had been shelved for nearly 3 years.

Packed work schedule of the films cast led to the delay of the film.

It was Aamir who brought the cast of the film which includes Salman Khan, Karishma Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Paresh Rawal and Shakti Kapoor together under one roof with Producer Rajkumar Santoshi.

It was then that the Andaz Apna Apna Team decided to take time off and complete shooting for the film.
The film went on to being nominated in four categories at the 40th Filmfare Awards for the Best Film (Vinay Kumar Sinha), Best Director (Rajkumar Santoshi), Best Actor (Aamir Khan) and Best Comedian (Shakti Kapoor).

Over the years, Andaz Apna Apna has become a cult classic making it one of the most cherished films of Aamir Khan's career.
