शो मॅन म्हणून संगीतविश्वात ओळखले जाणारे हेमंतकुमार महाले यांची कथा, दिग्दर्शन आणि निर्मिती असलेल्या ‘व्हॉट्सप लव’ ह्या चित्रपटाचा पहिला पोस्टर नुकताच प्रदर्शित झाला आहे. पोस्टरवर एकमेकाकडे पाठमोरे परंतु एकाच टेबलवर हातात मोबाईल घेऊन बसलेले राकेश बापट आणि अनुजा साठे आणि त्यात अनुजाचं राकेशच्या मोबाईल मध्ये तिरक्या नजरेने पाहणं चित्रपटाच्या आशयासंदर्भात अनेक संकेत देऊन जातात. त्यामुळे चित्रपटाचे शीर्षक आणि पोस्टर पाहून चित्रपटाबद्दल उत्सुकता निर्माण होते.

Vicky Kaushal got a sweet surprise from the Jet Airways flight attendants who were celebrating Republic Day and the success of his latest film Uri.

The cabin crew baked him a cake and also presented him with a handwritten note, which said, "How's the josh? Happy Republic Day. Jai Hind. Extremely high sir."

The actor shared the photo of the cake on his Instagram stories.

He wrote, "Thank you flight attendant Karishma and team of @jetairways for specially baking this cake for me. The cake and the gesture were both sweet."

Airports Authority of India launches Skyfit Mobile App for Aviation Fraternity at Global Aviation Summit 2019 held on 16th January 2019 at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai


MUMBAI, 16 January 2019: Shri Suresh Prabhu, Honourable Minister of Civil Aviation Government of India, launched the official mobile application “Skyfit” for the Aviation fraternity on 16th January 2019 during the Global Aviation Summit at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai. The application was launched in the presence of Hon’ble Shri Jayant Sinha, Minister of State, Shri. R N Choubey, Secretary, Civil Aviation, Dr.Shefali Juneja, Joint Secretary, Civil Aviation, Shri Anil Gupta, ED(LM&BD), AAI and Dr. Ashok Bhatt, CEO & Founder, AGP Breathworks.
The “Skyfit” mobile application is available on google play store and iOS. The application is devised to address the occupational stress of the personnel in aviation, be it air traffic controllers, pilots, cabin crews, Ground Handlers, Air Passengers etc. The unprecedented growth in aviation has posed severe threat to the safety of aviation, in terms of the pressure created by capacity vs demand, on the existing infrastructure and resources. The worst hit of all is the human resource. The occupational stress due to cognitive work load of the personnel, especially in aviation can be a challenge for the safe aviation. Long term exposure to the stress is posing severe health issues like hypertension, ischaemic heart disease, diabetes, peptic ulcers and psychoneurotic disorders for the people employed in aviation. Various measures have been discussed in past like improving job planning and reliability of the work systems, improving the work environment, reduction of working hours etc. Airports Authority of India (AAI) has developed simple breathing exercises, in consultation with Dr Ashok Bhatt Medical consultant from AGP Breathworks and coordination with experts who have practiced these ancient techniques from yogic traditions, for decades and have found encouraging results in managing the stress of the aviation personnel, by just improving the way we breathe.
AAI would like to share these unique and effective techniques, through its programme SKYFIT, with the aviation world, to cope up with the challenges of managing stress of pilots, cabin crew, air traffic controllers and above all air passengers.

IIFL Finance to raise up to Rs. 2,000 crore via Bonds


IIFL Bonds offer yield of 10.50% p.a. for individuals and 10.35% for institutional category for tenor of 120 months

IIFL Holdings Limited, today said, its subsidiary, India Infoline Finance Limited (IIFL Finance), a leading Non-Banking Financial Company, will open a public issue of bonds on January 22, 2019, to raise up to Rs. 2,000 crore, for the purpose of business growth and expansion.  
The UK-based CDC Group backed IIFL Finance will issue secured and unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs), aggregating to Rs 250 crore, with a green-shoe option to retain over-subscription up to Rs 1,750 crore (aggregating to a total of Rs 2,000 crore).
The IIFL Bonds offer highest yield of 10.50% p.a. for Individual and Other categories, and 10.35% for Institutional category, for tenor of 120 months with frequency of monthly and annual payment. The other tenors offered are for 39 and 60 months.
CRISIL has rated the instrument as AA/Stable, which indicates that the instruments are considered to have a high degree of safety for timely servicing of financial obligations and carry very low credit risk.
Prabodh Agrawal, IIFL Group CFO said: “The funds raised through this Issue will be used for the purpose of onward lending, financing, and for general corporate purpose. Each of the previous bond issues from IIFL Group have been over-subscribed and repaid in a timely manner.”
Sumit Bali, CEO, IIFL Finance said, “Through our strong physical presence of 1,755 branches across India and a well-diversified portfolio, we are able to meet the credit requirement of various  segments of underserved population. The funds raised will help us in expanding our operation in more such areas.”
IIFL Finance’s profit after tax stood at Rs 357.2 crore for the half year ended September 30, 2018 , posting a growth of 69% y-o-y and its loan assets under management (AUM), predominantly retail, showed a strong growth of 40% y-o-y to reach Rs 36,373 crore, mainly driven by small-ticket home loans, which grew 59% y-o-y, SME finance loans which grew 113% y-o-y and microfinance loans which grew 259% y-o-y as on September 30, 2018.
Retail loans, including home loans and small business finance, constituted 85% of the loan book, and 46% of the loans were compliant with RBI’s priority sector lending (PSL) norms. The securitized loan book constituted 15% of the AUM and asset quality remained sound with Gross NPA of 2.2% and Net NPA of 1.0%. IIFL Finance is well-capitalized NBFC with a net worth of Rs 4000 crore and Total Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 18.7% as at September 30, 2018, including Tier I capital of 15.5%, as against the statutory requirement of 15% and 10% respectively.
The step-down subsidiary IIFL Home Finance focusses on affordable housing segment and is one of the leading players in disbursing Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna. Since the launch of the scheme in 2015, CLSS beneficiary numbers of IIFL Home Finance has grown from 65 in FY 2015-16 to about 20,000 in December, 2018. 
The lead managers to the issue are Edelweiss Financial Services, ICICI Securities, IIFL Holdings Limited, and Trust Investment Advisors. The NCDs will be listed on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), to provide liquidity to investors. The IIFL Bonds would be issued at face value of Rs 1,000 and the minimum application size is Rs 10,000 across all categories. The public issue opens on January 22, 2019 and closes on February 20, 2019, with an option of early closure. The allotment will be made on first come first served basis.

Wrangler announces the Winners of True Wanderer 7.0











Wrangler’s True Wanderer, started in 2012, continues to be an increasingly popular annual event for the people who want to celebrate their love for the open road and the adventure of travelling.
In 2018, thousands applied to be a part of the seventh season and 25 True Wanderer finalists were selected to go on the trip around India to a destination of their choice. They could choose to travel by car, bike, foot or any mode of transportation of their choice whilst completing travel-related challenges set by Wrangler.
The 25 finalists, styled in Wrangler apparel, took wandering to a whole new level as they showcased the passions that drive their wanderlust. They captured the highlights of their epic road trips and shared it with the True Wanderer community with interesting and inspiring stories, photographs and videos. Based on public votes and the scores of an independent elite judging panel, Wrangler True Wanderer Season 7.0 announces the winners. The first prize has been won by Rupesh Bhadula from Roorkee, an exotic wildlife expedition to South Africa. The second prize has been claimed by Vishwa Sharma also from New Delhi, who has won a trip to the beautiful scenic mountains of Bhutan. The third prize winner is Gayatri Patel from Kohlapur, who gets a chance to spend time in the land of backwaters, Kerala.

True Wanderer finally comes to a perfect end at Biker’s Café. Sundeep Gujjar, Founder & Motographer of XBhp India’s largest lifestyle motorcycling platform, was present at the event to handover the prizes to winners.
