Actress Supriya, who played the lead in Balaji Telefilms’ Bairi Piya as Amoli on Colors is all set to make a comeback in the industry.

After taking a three year long break from full fledged Television roles and focussing on bollywood, Supriya is set to come back to the small screen with a character she feels very strongly about.

Her fans have missed her on television and she was flooded her with requests to make a comeback. Touched and moved by the love her fans have shown her, she is making her re-entry with a new show,Anudamini, produced by Kris Movies  with Sachin Shroff paired opposite her. The show airs on DD National, Monday to Friday, 2pm.

Excited about her new show Surpiya says "It feels really good to get back from where you started that is television after 3 years. My fans really missed me, through various mediums they told me that want to see me back on TV which made me come back. They brought me back on TV. Also I  was moved by the script and inspired by Anudamini's strong character. I am sure Anudamini will soon become a household name."

The story of Anundamini, a simple girl who has never stepped out of her village and how her world changes when she marries a sophisticated, urban Dev. Anundamini is a tale of the struggles of a simple girl who has now devoted her life to a husband, who refuses her. Dev sees no compatibility with this rural, non ambitious girl and does not want to continue their relationship.

Supriya is set to rule the small screen again with her second innings in Television
