Sachin Shroff and Supriya Kumari to star in a new show, Anudamini
Supriya Kumari and Sachin Shroff are teaming up for Anudamini, a new show which will air on DD National, Monday to Friday, 2-2.30 pm.
This is the story of Anundamini, who has never stepped out of her
village and how her world changes when she marries a sophisticated,
urban Dev. Anundamini is a tale of the struggles of a simple girl who
has now devoted her life to a husband, who refuses her. Dev sees no
compatibility with this rural, non ambitious girl and does not want to
continue their relationship.
The show is about how Anudamini overcomes
her differences with Dev and struggles towards becoming a better match
for her Pati Dev. It is the journey of a simple girl struggling in the
fast lanes of Mumbai, as she tries to establish her identity as she
builds and expands her tiffin service business to a city wide food chain
empowering other women like her.The now-ambitious Anudamini is still true to her roots, never forgetting the duties of being a bahu and wife.
Will she become a perfect wife for Dev? Will he accept this new Anudamini?
