New Delhi: 23rd JULY, 2013:  The fourth edition of Aamby Valley India Bridal Fashion Week in association with AZVA at the Hotel Grand, New Delhi will witness a scintillating show on Day One by Shantanu & Nikhil whose collection, titled ‘To Die For’ will define the decadent renaissance period in its most contemporary form. The collection emphasizes on ‘New Luxury’, which would, by contrast, be declared virtuous. Sharply constructed silhouettes, measured materials, innovation and humble layering could be identified with a republican spirit, civil sociability, and politeness. The appearance of gold leaf & booti patterns, meanwhile, create a softer, more delicate style, thereby portraying women as distinctly feminine. Gold, in its different shades, would be the new black, hence indicating a sumptuous color restraint, while still reinforcing the message of vintage decadence.
