Nautanki Saala’s music launched

Mumbai, 26th Feb: Amidst drama and fun, the Nautankibaaz Ayushmann Khurrana and Kunaal Roy Kapur launched the music of their new bromance film ‘Nautanki Saala’. T-Series – RSE film Nautanki Saala’s music was launched at RCity Mall Ghatkopar yesterday evening.

Ayushmann and Kunaal made a grand entry in a mini train on the beats of ‘Dramebaaz’ in a full nautanki style. They were later joined in by dwarf men who along with Ayushmann and Kunaal danced on the song. This peppy number is a tribute to all actors of our film industry the lyrics of the song goes ‘Tu bhi dramebaaz, main bhi dramebaaz, saare dramebaaz hai yahan’.‘Dramebaaz’ is sung by Geet Sagar who won ‘X Factor India’. After a small interaction with the crowd gathered for the music launch, Ayushmann and Kunaal danced to the tunes of ‘Dhak Dhak’ with the girls from the crowd. Dhak Dhak from Beta is recreated by Mikey McCleary, music director of Nautanki Saala, and sung by Saba Azad for this film.

After his successful stint in singing Pani Da Rang, Ayushmann has sung two soulful numbers in Nautanki Saala – ‘Saddi Galli’and ‘Tu Hi tu’. He performed on one of his songs Saddi Galli with Rochak Kohli who has composed the song along with him and Neeti Mohan. A slow romantic number is written by Gurpreet Saini along with Ayushmann Khurrana and Rochak Kohli. Ayushmann also sung to the already viral song ‘Mera Mann’ which is sung and composed by Falak Shabir in the film. Another romantic soulful number is already going viral.

Ayushmann and Kunaal were joined by director Rohan Sippy and producer Bhushan Kumar (T-Series) with wife Divya Khosla Kumar and son. The event also saw the actresses from the film Pooja Salvi, Gaelyn Mendonca and Evelyn Sharma finally join the gang for the unveiling of the music CDs.

The album consists of 8 original tracks and 4 remixed versions. Other than Mera Mann, Saddi Galli, Dhak Dhak and Dramebaaz the album has Tu Hi Tu sung by Ayushmann, Sapna a sad number sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Dil Ki…Toh Lag Gayi sung yet again by Saba Azad and So Gaya Yeh Jahan recreated by Mikey McCleary.
