STORY.
Babli (Ranbir Kapoor) is small-time car thief with that X factor- through which he manages to charm everyone in his sight. His mantra is "Na sammaan ka moh, na apmaan ka bhay" (No yearning for respect, no fear of humiliation). Babli falls head over heels for Tara (Pallavi Sharda) but he is clearly not her type. Eventually, she in turn, falls for him. Babli is being chased by Inspector Chulbul Chautala (Rishi Kapoor) and his wife, head Constable Bulbul Chautala (Neetu Kapoor). Tara wishes for Babli to change and be a good guy but that clearly doesn't come easy in Babli's life.
CRITIC VIEW.

A story line that’s not new its like been there seen that….
The same old story of an orphan(Bubbly)Ranbir Kapoor who is a garage owner and a car thief who steals his girl friends car then tries to get it back and so the whole ringamore begins.
The pair of Mr and Mrs  Choutala (rishi and neetu kapoor)as cops mrs choutala a corrupt one who runs behind money and mr choutala a honest one whos continuously taunted about his manliness by his wife their  interactions are interesting .
The debutante Pallavi  Sharda does not  do anything for the movie but just an object of desire. She is not a match for a iconic actor Ranbir Kapoor.
Director Abhinav Kashyap man with a midas touch [Dabang] revived Salman Khans career, this time does not seem to be in the same mode, he has tried to repeat the old formula of Bollywood masala movies serving you the first family of Bollywood and though he could not recreate the magic of rishi and neetu kapoor together on screen.
Heartthrob of the nation Ranbir kapoor  is the only show stealer to add spice to the movie.
Rishi and Neetu  Kapoor together will be liked by the audience . Ranbir  exposing his bum cleft will  add ohhhhs .
The songs don’t do much  this being a youthful love story it should have been peppy and foot tapping .
At the end of the day if you give a miss to the movie you are not missing anything.
