Injured Upen Patel continues rehearsing for Nach Baliye 7

Upen Patel, who will be seen in Nach Baliye 7 along with his ladylove Karishma Tanna, was recently injured while rehearsing for his act on the sets of the show.

While rehearsing for one particular dance form recently, Upen got his lower back injured. The actor, who enjoys dancing, has been rehearsing for long hours to put up a spectacular dance act for the finale.

A source says, “With long hours of rehearsals and stress, Upen got his lower back injured. Ever since the beginning of Nach Baliye, Upen and his dance partner Karishma Tanna has been scoring high for their dance performances.”

“Upen is a thorough professional and understands the importance of winning the dance reality show. He’s leaving no stone unturned for the finale,” the source adds.

Meeruthiya Gangsters starring Jaideep Ahlawat and Mukul Dev is a film based on small-town gangsters, but looks like the gang of actors were a far cry from showing their reel streaks in real. An insider reveals that the cast of the Zeishan Quadri film were so professional, that they actually shot the entire film in a start-to-end 48-days schedule. Naturally, not only are the filmmakers impressed with the lot, but they are thrilled with the outcome too. Talking about the month and a half schedule, producer Shoeb Ahmed says, “It’s a dream team! They overcame several obstacles and challenges, but we wrapped earlier than planned, which is almost unheard of in our industry. Zeishan was so clear with what he wanted that there was no delay on that front at all. What also helped was the bonding between the boys, who were totally dedicated to the film right to the end. They literally lived on the sets. That camaraderie between them translates so well on screen too, that they are a treat to watch.”

सूत्रों की माने तो " विवेक ने खुद सारा इन्तेजाम किया तथा यह ख्याल रखा की जो कास्ट और क्रू ने रोजा रखा हुआ है उनके दिन के अंत में उन्हें खान दिया तथा खुद भी उन के संग ही खाना किया। विवेक मानते है की रोजा करना बहुत ही कठिन होता है पूरा दिन रोजा करने के लिए आप के पास धैर्य की जरुरत होती है। यह काफी चैलेंजिंग होता है की आप दिन भर रोजा होते हो काम करते हो यह काफी सराहनीय है।  विवेक आगे कहते है " में अपने दोस्तों संग इफ्तार पार्टी के मजे लेकर बड़ा हुआ हु। मेरी काफी यादे इस मुबारक रमदान महीने से और इफ्तार पार्टी से जुडी हुई है , जब मेरे दोस्त श्याम के समय रोजा ख़त्म करते थे तब में उनके साथ खाने में जुट जाता था। 

इसीलिए विवेक ने यह इफ्तार पार्टी का आयोजन किया क्यूंकि उनकी सभी यादे ताजा होजाये और कास्ट, कृ इसका आनंद ले सके।

Kareena Kapoor Khan who has always been a trendsetter in terms of the looks she sports onscreen, is also admired by young girls for outfits she sports offscreen.

 

The actress who inevitably looks picture perfect in whatever she wears, has always preferred comfort over fashion offscreen and is often seen sporting casual, low maintenance clothes that she is most comfortable in.

 

Sources reveal that Kareena  has now taken up to eco-friendly fashion in a huge way- While the outfits she sported in Maldives while she vacationed there created a splash on the social media platform, very few know that the actress was sporting eco-friendly creations with fabrics that allow not just the skin to breathe but the environment too.

 

Kareena has been wearing and encouraging friends and family to wear clothing designed with organic and non-toxic material like organic cotton, linen, hand-dyed fabrics, vegetable tanned leather, organic wool, tencel ,recycled polyester and other such materials that are environmentally conscious .She believes that not only do they help the environment but also makes you feel better with the kind of climate we have in India.

 

For the actress, less is more, has always been the motto and while she does understand that she cannot encourage or sport eco friendly looks onscreen, she enjoys wearing them offscreen.

जी हा अभिनेता अली ज़फर सिर्फ परदे पर ही हीरो नहीं है वे असलियत में भी एक हीरो है। अली ने अंडर १७ स्क्वाश प्लेयर नूरैन शम्स को  इंटरनेशनल टूर्नामेंट के लिए मदत करने का फैसला किया है क्यूंकि अथॉरिटीज ने नूरैन को मदत करने से मना कर दिया था । यह स्क्वाश प्लेयर अंडर १९ एशिया में तीसरे नंबर महिला की खिलाडी होने के साथ पाकिस्तान की सबसे युवा ओलम्पिक की खिलाडी है।  वे एक कलाकार है और अंडर १३ में सायकल चैंपियन रह चुकी है और वे पेशावर के अंडर १९ क्रिकेट टीम का हिस्सा भी है। यह प्रतिभावान कलाकार , सायकलिस्ट , स्क्वाश प्लेयर और क्रिकेटर नूरैन इस साल होने वाले एशियन स्क्वाश टूर्नामेंट में हिस्सा लेना चाहती थी अगर खुदसे इस टूर्नामेंट में हिस्सा ले तो होने वाला खर्च बहुत ही ज्यादा होता है ,या तो फिर यह खर्च सरकार को उठाना होता है । 

​यह प्रतिभावान खिलाडी किसी स्पॉनसर की तलाश में थी ​बतौर निजी पार्टिसिपेंट। नूरैन कई संस्था को मदत की गुहार लगायी पर कोई बात नहीं बनी वह अपने देश के लिए खेलने का सपना पूरा करना चाहती थी। एक आयोजन में अली जफ़र गए थे तब नूरैन के बारे में उनके टीम मेट्स आपस में बातें कर रहे थे तब अली ने उनकी यह बाते सून नूरैन से संपर्क किया और उसे मदत करने का कहाँ तब इस खिलाडी को विश्वास नहीं हो रहा था की उसके फेवरेट कलाकार ने उसे कॉल किया है इस से नूरैन की आँखे भर आयी । 

नूरैन कहती है " मुझे स्पॉनसर मिलने के बाद मेरा करियर ख़त्म होने से बच गया। में कभी सोच नहीं सकती थी की कोई फिल्म का हीरो रियल लाइफ हीरो होगा जो मेरे सपने पुरे करेगा। जब अथॉरिटीज ने मना किया तब बहुत दुःख हुआ था पर वे भी सही है क्यूंकि वे सबसे अच्छे प्लेयर को आगे लेकर जाना चाहते है उनकी भी मजबूरी होगी। अब मुझे मौका मिला है और इस मौके का फायदा लेकर बेहतर खेल दिखाउंगी। सबको दूसरा मौका मिलाना चाहिए जैसे मेस्सी पहले मैच में गोल नहीं कर सके पर दूसरी मैच में उन्होंने गोल किया था और उनका बेहतरीन सफर वहा से शुरू हुआ मुझे लगता है मेरे लिए एक फरिश्ता आया है जो मुझे मदद कर रहा है।
