Sony Music achieves yet another milestone of reaching million streams for the title track of Hamari Adhuri Kahani. A first for any single, the song is the title track of “Humari Aduri Kahani”, from Mohit Suri’s much awaited romantic drama featuring the suave Emraan Hashmi and the very talented Vidya Balan. Beautifully composed by Jeet Gannguli and sung by India’s favourite singer Arijit Singh with lyrics by Rashmi Virag, showcases an intense chemistry between the duo which is a must watch.

The Lunchbox director, Ritesh Batra's next is an adaptation of the Julian Barnes novel, The Sense of an Ending starring Oscar winning actor Jim Broadbent

Mumbai, May 13, 2015: After wowing the audience with the critically acclaimed and award winning directorial debut, LunchboxRitesh Batra will directThe Sense of an Ending starring the Academy Award-winning British actor Jim Broadbent (known for films like Topsy Turvy, Iris, Moulin Rouge, Paddington, Cloud Atlas, The Iron Lady and Harry Potter series).

Based on Julian Barnes’ Booker Prize-winning novel, the film follows a retired man who receives an unexpected letter from a lawyer that forces him to confront his own past — and unfulfilling present — including the suicide of his childhood best friend. The film marks Nick Payne's first screenplay. Payne’s Broadway play "Constellations" led by Jake Gyllenhaal got a Tony nomination.

The English language film will be shot in the UK later this year.

FilmNation, which has a spate of Cannes market titles this year including films from Tom Ford and Pedro Almodovar, holds worldwide rights and will co-finance with BBC Films. Origin Pictures’ David Thompson and Ed Rubin are producers.

Ritesh Batra said, “I am thrilled to adapt one of my favorite novels to screen and to work with a great team. Julian Barnes's characters are an important part of my life and work, and I am very much looking forward to spend time with them, and with Jim Broadbent whom I have always admired.”

 The Lunchbox has been showcased in various film festivals including The Cannes Film Festival, The Telluride Film Festival, The Toronto Film Festival and The London Film Festival etc. It has won various awards like Viewers Choice Award at the International Critics' Week, Best Film at The London Film Festival and The Filmfare awards, to name a few. It won an award of Best First Feature in 2014 by Toronto Film Critics Association and was nominated for the ‘Film Not in the English Language’ category of the BAFTA awards.

The song Gallan Goodiyaan from Dil Dhadakne Do has been specially released keeping in mind the upcoming wedding season.

The wedding season is in full bloom in May and Gallan Goodiyaan with its peppy Punjabi beats is the tune which would indefinitely catch on with the audiences.

A part of the song was in the trailer and since then it has been on the radar. The song which released last week has been tracking very well.

Where one expected Anushka and Priyanka to enter the brunch in their usual stunning and bold  attire, both the charming women chose to come in summer colours and must say they rocked the brunch for sure. Anushka was in an off white jumpsuit by Bhavya Bhatnagar with funky gold danglers and light brown cat eyes whereas Priyanka looked sensuous in a pink dress by Verb, white pumps and gold rimmed shades.

The men were no less to dazzle at the brunch with their smart attires. Anil Kapoor looked young and carefree in a simple but elegant blue Polo T-Shirt, Farhan opted for a baby pink T-Shirt, blue sleeveless hoodie and an elegant gray hat. Oh, and Ranveer had come in off lately preferred style, a purple floral blazer, purple stripped T-Shirt and a hat. He looked awesome in his flowery ensemble.

Shraddha Kapoor would love her mom to sing for her

Young actress Shraddha Kapoor’s singing talents are known to all. The actress has lent her voice to two of her movie songs. The unplugged version of Galliyan that she sang for Ek Villain even won her a singing award.

However, the actress gets this from her mom, Shivangi Kolhapure Kapoor. Her mom, daughter of the classical singer, Pt. Pandharinath Kolhapure is a phenomenal singer herself.

Shraddha is very close to her mom and she would absolutely love for her mom to lend her voice to any of her films.

Shraddha shares, "Mom is a fabulous singer and I really want her to sing for some of my movie."

Whenever the two have some time on hand, they often sing together and discuss music at length.

The actress will be heard singing again in her next film, Rock On 2!
