Huma Qureshi overwhelmed by the response for 'Mitti Di Khushboo'

Huma Qureshi has been overwhelmed by the response she has been getting for 'Mitti Di Khushboo', a music video she has recently featured in.

The ace actress feels the response to the video is very positive, something which she gets during the release of the film.

The song also features Ayushmann Khurrana who, along with Huma launched his new single “Mitti di Khushboo" at an event recently.

Post the song launch , Huma has been flooded with calls and messages from friends and industry mates praising the song and on how the actor is complimenting the song.

The ad and song, are displaying an entire story in a few minutes, which requires more hard work than a film. Huma having such an expressive face has carried off the look very well and has given a perfect feel to the song.

Audiences have also loved the chemistry the actors share on screen. They have received appreciation from all quarters.

Goa Tourism’s effort in promoting monsoon tourism pays off

Panjim, October 10, 2014 – Monsoons have never been better before for Goa as the State witnessed a record high of tourist arrivals during the months of June, July and August 2014. The State recorded 18% increase in tourists for the 3 months against tourist arrivals during the same period in 2013.

The rise in tourists is attributed to the introduction of safety and security measures, awareness created on hinterland, culture, monsoon and pilgrim tourism through rigorous PR and marketing initiatives. Some such initiatives include domestic and international road shows, exhibitions and; international travel agents FAM trips.

White water rafting which can be experienced in Goa only during the monsoons was a big success along with Goa InstaWalk where bloggers and influencers from all over the country were given an opportunity to showcase their passion for photography whilst experiencing the cultural and natural aspects of Goa. This was conducted in the months of June and August 2014 at Tambdi Surla and Arvalem waterfalls.

Festivals such as Sao Joao which is celebrated at the onset of the monsoon season by Catholics; and Bonderam, the flag festival which creates a carnival ambience and celebrated on the fourthSaturday of August every year at Divar Island further drew in tourists due to promotional efforts of Goa Tourism.

The state has witnessed the highest percentage of tourist arrivals in the State during the monsoons which was earlier considered an off-season. This confirms Goa tourism’s marketing and promotional efforts are paying off well to draw in tourists to the State during the season.

Buddha in a Traffic Jam will be screened in MAMI film festival




Vivek Agnihotri’s BUDDHA IN A TRAFFIC JAM starring Anuroday Singh, Mahie Gill, Anupam Kher and Pallavi Joshi, is set against the backdrop of a premier B-school. The film will be screened in prestigious MAMI film festival on 16th October 2014.

When asked Vivek Agnihotri about it, he says, “I think it's a very big platform for a very small film, and this film raises most important and sensitive national issues. Kangana Ranaut to train for the triple jump.

Kangana Ranaut , one of the most versatile actresses in Bollywood, will this time around get under the skin of her character as she essays the role of a Haryanvi athlete in Aanand Rai’s Tanu Weds Manu 2.

If sources are to be believed, the actress will be training to perform triple jumps, a track and field sport that involves jumping into a sand pit. What’s more challenging is the fact that an individual has to land on the same foot they take off from.The actress will also alter her fitness and workout regime to improve her flexibility for the sport. and the trainer name is Suneeta Dubey & Aakash Kuchekar (shivom crossfit)

Confirming the news says Aanand L Rai, “ Yes, Kangana will be training to perform triple jumps as she essays the role of a Haryanvi athlete in the film.”

Chennaiyin FC launches jersey and announces Ozone Group as principal sponsor

Music Maestro Pritam might have made all his plans to the tee to enjoy an extended vacation but looks like he isn’t destined. Some of the best work he has done is with his good friend Anurag Basu and his JAGGA JASOOS, that made his cut short his vacation.

"The second schedule of Jagga Jasoos begins on October 13 and will continue till December during which 90 per cent of the film will be wrapped up as Ranbir (Kapoor) doesn't have dates to spare thereafter. I've composed two romantic tracks but since the film is a musical with 20-odd songs—small ditties that carry forward a conversation—I need to give at least seven more songs by the year end," informed Pritam.

We have seen the ace director work only with Sanjay Dutt and Aamir Khan in his films uptill now.
The director shares a very strong bond and level of comfort with both these actors.
Hence working on a project like P.K. was a fun ride for all three of them.
Both the characters of Munna and Rancho went on to become memorable characters for the audiences and people remember them till date.
Going forward, with P.K., it only looks like their characters in this upcoming film will become an extension to their identity.

‘Like father like son’ the famous quote is a part of our Indian culture which is slowly dying but our audacious director Ravindra Gautam rekindles the strong middle-class bonding in a father and son relationship with great care and shows the contemporary condition of living a life on fast track.

Shekhar [Manu Rishi] and Subhash Joshi [Divyendu Sharma] are on an implausible effort to get a ‘Ekkees Toppon Ki Salaami’ [21-cannon salute] for their father Purushotam Joshi [Anupam Kher] as his last wish,the man who had served a honest service for 35 years as a government employee, but died of a shock because on his retirement day he was dishonored for a petty crime which he never did instead of getting a farewell bid with great tribute.

Parallel is a crooked CM with host of illegitimate relationship one being her mistress Jayaprabha [Neha Dhupia] gives him trepidation by revealing the facts of their intimacy, as a result he dies a sudden death due to panic, as the grand preparation of funeral for the CM is done with the  last rites to be given with a ‘Ekkees Toppon Ki Salaami’.

Taanya [Aditi Sharma] is a PA to the CM and is engaged to Subhash gets a easy passage to exchange the body of sr. Joshi with the CM’s, will they succeed?

Anupam Kher as Purushotam Joshi is believable as for him the role does not demand more skills doing it effortlessly. Divyendu Sharma gives the most exceptional performance about making ETKS a very heartrending and entertaining film. Aditi Sharma is refreshingly fresh and gifted with ample talent surely to be here for a long innings. A must watch for everybody as a dose of reality check is the need of this hour.

The on location YRF's Bank Chor was held yesterday at Mehboob studio. The film is a comic-caper, that tells the story of 3 morons trying to rob a bank who pick the worst day possible when everything that can go wrong, goes wrong and how they’re inadvertently caught in the crossfire of cops, industrialists and corrupt netas.
