वीरदास की दोस्त वेगा टमोटिआ फिल्म 'अमित सहनी की लिस्ट' से डेब्यू करेंगी। 

अभिनेत्री वेगा टमोटिआ जो की अमित सहानी की लिस्ट में फीमेल लीड में से एक है वह वीरदास की करीबी दोस्त है,और वे  की एक सहज किरदार अमित सहानी की लिस्ट में निभा रही है। वीरदास जब इस फिल्म की स्क्रिप्ट पढ़ रहे थे, तब उन्हें यह महसूस की इस फिल्म का जो फीमेल किरदार है वह कुछ विरदास की दोस्त वेगा की ही तरह था, वीर को लगा यह इस रोल के लिए फिट है तो उन्होंने वेगा के नाम की शिफारिश मेकर्स के सामने करदी।
     शिफारिश के बाद मेकर्स वेगा से मिले और वे वेगा के बबली नेचर और  गरमागरम स्वभाव से काफी प्रभावित हुए और यह निर्णय करलिया की वेगा ही इस रोल के लिए परफेक्ट है।

Following this, the makers met Vega and were impressed with her bubbly nature and

Ritesh Sidhwani takes precaution for his Dil Dhadakne Do star cast.

Ritesh Sidhwani had made a lot of arrangements for the star cast of his next film, Dil Dhadakne Do, as he was afraid that they would become sea sick.

Zoya Akhtar’s film starring Farhan Akhtar, Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah has been shooting on a cruise liner for over 2 weeks now.

Constantly being around sea and traveling from one port to the other had a possibility that the actors would face sea sickness.

The producer, Ritesh Sidhwani was worried about it and so made provisions of medicines and doctors on board to avoid any hiccup.

But, to his luck, no stars have reported sea sickness yet. However, Ritesh Sidhwani felt that it was important to take all the necessary precautions.

Prateek Group in association with Friday to Friday Films & Entertainers launched their new film 'Meeruthiya Gangsters' on Monday June 9th, 2014 at Villa 69, Mumbai.  'Meeruthiya Gangsters' is written and directed by Zeishan Quadri, the writer of Gangs Of Wasseypur, produced by Prashant Tiwari, Prateek Tiwari and Shoeb Ahmed.

Meeruthiya Gangster, based on a real life incident, stars Aakash Dahiya, Vansh Bhardwaj, Jaideep Ahlawat, Chandra Choor Rai, Jatin Sarna, Shadab Kamal, Nusrat Bharucha, Soundarya Sharma, Ishita Sharma, Sanjay Mishra, Aditya Kumar, Brijendra Kala and Malkhan Singh.

Prateek Group is a 1000 crore real estate group and has setup many prestigious real estate projects in Delhi NCR. The group is foraying into films with Meeruthiya Gangsters and intends to develop 10 to 12 projects within the next 3 years.

Nashik, June 08, 2014: Veteran Actor- director, Satish Kaushik has been battling diabetes for 5-6 years now. The man has been displaying amazing amount of energy and is a confirmed workaholic despite his medical condition. Satish Kaushik stands as an example to many people who have been fighting this disease and was invited to Nashik to be a coveted speaker of 8th Annual conference of Maharashtra chapter of RSSDI (Research Society for the study of Diabetes in India) 2014. Mr. Kaushik spoke on how he has been living with the ailment for a few years now. The organizers believe that Satish Kaushik is a front runner in the Indian film Industry and his speech motivated a lot of people. As per study by Rssdi.in 6 out of 10 Indians suffer from diabetes.

Many established endocrinologist discussed on critical topics and challenges of the disease and Mr. Kaushik shared space with them. Workshops were held for the usage of Insulin Pumps & CGMS and also on using smart phone apps. The conference aimed at touching basis on varied questions and advancement of the disease.

Satish Kaushik did not know of this disease initially. He started showing symptoms and went for a blood test which diagnosed his sugar levels and ever since he has been on a lifestyle management spree. Talking about this development Mr. Kaushik quipped, “Yes I was invited by RSSDI to Nashik for a panel discussion. I really felt that I could add value to this platform as I have been adjusting to this disease for a while now. Luckily I don’t have a sweet tooth so that was a huge relief but I have watched my sugar intake right from the time I got diagnosed, especially my tea and coffee. I also work out regularly which might be unbelievable to many people but I hit my treadmill religiously without fail. Given that my job hours are erratic, I have also made many minor lifestyle changes which keep me going”.
Satish Kaushik also added, “I feel awareness levels on diabetes has also gone up phenomenally and keeping a regular check is not an issue these days. People are conscious and we also are blessed with advanced medical science these days to keep things under check. Luckily I have kept insulin shots at bay”.

Shahid's fan from Kolkata

Shahid is very popular with girls and has a huge fan following
This time around he came across a fan who is a teacher in Kolkata and ran away from home to meet Shahid.
She teaches class two students in Kolkata and is a huge fan of Shahid... so much so that in the pursuit of meeting him 3 months ago she ran away from home.
She tried to visit events,  got in touch with his manager, tried to find where he stays.... However with little back luck then.
Her family got to know in the meanwhile and came to fetch her.
The young girl again visited Mumbai last week and ran pillar to post trying to get in touch with him.
When Shahid got to know of this he got his team to reach out to her.
Shahid met her and she was euphoric.
While Shahid heard her story of how she ran from home and came to Mumbai... He explained how she should not be doing this.
Says Shahid 'It feels overwhelming when people have so much love and appreciation for your work.'
He further adds 'At the same time it's worrisome when they do such extreme things. I met her and requested her to go back home to her family and loved ones

The much talked about Multi-Language film Amma which has sandalwood queen Ragini Dwivedi playing the title role was launched at Om Shakti temple Bengaluru on the occassion of Ragini's birthday. This is the second film after Ragini IPS to be launched on her birthday. On the occasion, The Makers revealed the first look poster and Teaser trailer of the movie.
Amma is written and directed by Faisal Saif and being made in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam simultaneously. Producer C.R.Manohar said "I was very impressed with director Faisal Saif's work and overall with his script and conviction that i immediately decided to make this movie with him. Amma will release after we release Basavanna which is nearing it's completion."
"I am very happy and excited because this is the second woman oriented film to be launched on my birthday after Ragini IPS. I thank all my well-wishers, fans, writers and directors who had faith in me and because of their faith and trust, I have reached this height. Faisal Saif is a dear friend and a wonderful technician. It couldn't have been a better birthday for Ayesha Shroff.
Her son, Tiger Shroff has just made a grand entry in Bollywood with his film, Heropanti.
The film has broken all records and become the biggest solo launch ever. Not just that, the film even crossed the 50 crore mark yesterday. That was another reason for them to celebrate the day.
Tiger Shroff on his mom's first birthday after his recent release planned a special day for her.
There is no bigger happiness for a mom than watching her son accomplish her dreams. Tiger has done that.
So on this special day, Tiger planned a special screening of Heropanti for his mom and her friends in the afternoon.
Watching her son on the big screen gives her immense amount of happiness.
Prior to that they even went for a quiet lunch.

Tiger Shroff said, "It was a very special day for two reasons. One was mom's birthday and the other was my film, Heropanti crossing 50 crores. The late Dr.Ashok Chopra, renowned surgeon, armyman, philanthropist who lost his battle to cancer last year is fondly missed and remembered as the city is soon to commemorate his memory and all the great work he was instrumental in.
The late Dr.Chopra will soon have a street named in his honor, located in Yari Road close to the Chopra residence. The inaugural ceremony will be attended by close family and friends as well as members of the NGO’s that Dr.Chopra was associated with.
A huge honor to be bestowed with, the decision of having a road named after him was taken thanks to his years of service in the army, as well as his contribution to the field of surgery and philanthropy.
Confirming the news says Priyanka Chopra’s spokesperson, “Yes, a road will be named in honor of the late Dr.Ashok Chopra .His years of service as a doctor has garnered deep admiration and respect. It is a big moment for the family”.
