In his next film, Besharam, Ranbir Kapoor sings a special song.

The actor who has managed to steal a million hearts with his acting and dancing skills has another space to gather fans.

The first song of the film that will soon get launched has an added credit in the name of the superstar, Ranbir Kapoor.

The song titled “ Love ki Ghanti” is composed by Lalit-Pandit and sung by Sujeet Shetty, Amitosh Nagpal and the actor of the film Ranbir Kapoor.

The song is in the form of a musical conversation and when this concept was decided, the director of the film, Abhinav Kashyap was very keen to have Ranbir to sing the song as it was a conversation his character was having with someone in the song. No other voice would match with the actor’s voice for this song.

Ranbir was very excited to do this as it was the first time he was recording a song like this.

Besharam is one of the most massy and most awaited films of Ranbir Kapoor.

Love ki Ghanti is Ranbir Kapoor's introduction song in the film.

In this song audience will be introduced to the wit and attitude of his character. 

Abhinav Kashyap says, “When this concept was formulated, there were no second thoughts about Ranbir singing this song as it is almost in verse form and any other sound wouldn’t have worked. It was the most appropriate thing to do and we had a lot of fun while doing this.”

PRINCIPAL PHOTOGRAPHY ON CHRISTOPHER NOLAN’S “INTERSTELLAR”

HOLLYWOOD, CA (August 13, 2013) – Paramount Pictures, a division of Viacom, Inc., and Warner Bros. Pictures announced today that principal photography on “INTERSTELLAR” is officially underway in Alberta, Canada. The film will be released in IMAX® and 35mm theaters on November 7, 2014.  Paramount Pictures will distribute domestically, Warner Bros. Pictures internationally.

Directed and co-written by Christopher Nolan (“Inception,” “The Dark Knight” Trilogy), the production will travel the globe and utilize a mixture of 35mm anamorphic and IMAX film photography to bring to the screen a script based on the combination of an original idea by Nolan and an existing script by Jonathan Nolan, originally developed for Paramount Pictures and producer Lynda Obst.  The new script chronicles the adventures of a group of explorers who make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.

Light House Productions Private Limited is a global production company that has its operations headquartered in Beijing and offices in Los Angeles and Hong Kong.  Now with Gayathiri Batra coming on board, they have now operations in India.

Light House Productions has been working on unique project GOLD STRUCK, a cross-cultural project between India and China that is an action- comedy with Chinese Action with complete Bollywood flavor.  The estimated budget of the film is  $15 Million.

Commenting on this collaboration says Cindy Shyu CEO, Light House Productions… “ We have been looking for a right partner from India and for the business of Gold Struck globally. India plays a very important part in this film and our search ended with her. She has a commendable rapport with trade, distributors and knowledge for a project of this magnitude across the value chains globally."

Vikram Bhatt, who had kept a low profile on his directorial front, is now all set with his next release Horror story, Directed by Ayush Raina, who has previously directed Bombay High (one of the short films in Mumbai Cutting).

The Story revolves around seven youngsters who challenge each other to spend the night at the infamous hotel in the heart of the city; little did they know that this will turn out to be the most horrendous night of their life, rather, the last night of their life.

Besides television actor Karan Kundra, who is making his Bollywood debut with this film, the film stars fresh faces like Ravish Desai, Hasan Zaidi, Nishant Malkani, Sheetal Singh, Aparna Bajpai, Radhika Menon and Nandini Vaid.

Horror Story will hit the screens on September 13, 2013.

An upcoming American Science Fiction Action film, Riddick is the 3^rd film in The Chronicles of Riddick film series starring the ultimate action hero Vin Diesel, as the title character. 

Written and Directed by David Twohy, Riddick is a dark action-packed science fiction having known to contain some of the most gruesome yet breathtaking battle sequences. Reprising his role, as an extremely mobile & stealthy Anti-Hero, Vin Diesel is back in one of his most famous avatars of all times. With the last film of the franchise released in 2004, this film has been much anticipated and awaited since both the earlier films received a cult status over this period.

All set for a worldwide release on the 6^th of September, the film revolves around Richard Riddick fighting for survival on a planet with alien predators before eventually going back to save his entire Furyan Race from destruction.

Rohit Khaitan’s ‘Prague’ will hit the cinemas on 6^th September, 2013. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) had raised objection on the song from the film, Bottal Khol. Composed by Tony Kakkar and sung by Neha Kakkar and Tony, the number got held up at the censor board, resulting in delay of the film’s release.

Under the banner Glamour Struck Productions Pvt. Ltd ‘Prague’ made in association with Maxwell Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is directed by Ashish R. Shukla (Creative Head-Dev.D) and stars Chandan Roy Sanyal, Elena Kazan, Arfi Lamba and Mayank . The Music is by Atif Afzal and some other guest composers, Lyrics by Varun Grover, Sound by Sanjay Chaturvedi, Editing by Meghna Manchanda Sen, Action by Parvez Shaikh, Art direction by Siddharth Mathawan & Mrinal Das, DI & VFX by Reliance Media Works.

For the first time not one but three music companies- Crescendo (earlier known as BMG Crescendo), Universal Music and Times Music is releasing the music of the film. Although she was by SRK’s side consistently during the promotions of the film, she had to give this event a miss for professional reasons.

“Deepika had a prior commitment to shoot for an ad in Milan. The shoot had been planned four months ago. Despite her keenness to attend Shah Rukh’s party, it was always known that she wouldn’t be able to make it. She had informed him about the same,” says an insider close to Deepika.

The trip couldn’t be postponed as immediately after her return, Deepika needs to wrap up Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram Leela and move on to the first schedule of Happy New Year (also co-starring SRK). She also has Homi Adajania’s Finding Fanny Fernandes to shoot for. “This is the only small window that Deepika saw in the middle of her cramped shooting schedule. So she couldn’t have shifted it,” adds the insider.

For the past few months, Deepika has remained busy with back-to-back shoots and promotions for films like Race 2 and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

Just before leaving for Milan, the actor followed a tradition she has always sworn by. Being an avid devotee of Lord Ganesha, she paid a visit to the Siddhivinayak Temple amidst tight security. Despite repeated attempts, Deepika couldn’t be reached for a comment in Milan.
