The comedy is about a displaced polar bear named Norm (Schneider) and his three pals navigating their way through New York City. Norm eventually lands a job as a mascot of a company and learns how his new gig ties into his Arctic beginnings.

Norm really likes New York City, and it seems its citizens really like him and his friends — even though he’s a polar bear, and they’re lemmings.
