Bang Bang!

Bang Bang! Loosely based on Hollywood blockbuster Knight and Day starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz , our desi version comparatively
is well crafted but has elements of a Bollywood potboiler. Dance,
drama, vendetta and romance that’s the only mantra for box office returns
which our makers thrive for, in consequence the result come as a
mockery to Hollywood blockbusters which are leagues ahead from our
visionary Bollywood film makers. The tradition of adaption will mushroom
and we have to be burdened frame to frame wondering about which was the
best version instead getting captivated for pleasure viewing.
Harleen [Katrina
Kaif] a bank receptionist wants to overcome her mediocre life and want to find
her love on a dating site hence wrongfully meets Rajveer [Hrithik Roshan] on
date instead of some Vicky. Rajveer has stolen the Kohinoor and is hotly chased
by the gang of most wanted terrorist Omar Zafar [Danny Denzongpa] and his aide
Hamid Gul [Jaaved Jafferi]. Harleen's life takes an exploratory turn when Rajveer
sedates her and takes her on a dream ride
transitory where she wakes up at an
exotic island of Greece. Is Rajveer an international crook? Or his mission to
reach Zafar is a personnel vengeance; the movie unfolds to an astonishing fact
towards climax with extravagant showdown with ample Bang Bang!
Hrithik &Katrina
look strongly devoted to each other and set the screen on fire with their
sizzling chemistry and their great body and looks. "Tu Meri" track is remarkably good in
visual and rhythm.
Though the film
is full on commercial enterprise and gives less significance to script and more
to action and the hurdles in entertainment is the long interruption of song
breaks and melodrama pinching at times when the adrenaline is on move. Just go
sit back and enjoy a mindless saga of our best looking couple in Bollywood that’s
the price of your ticket in return you get.
