LINGERIE & BEAUTY STORE IN INDIA






M&S today officially unveiled its first standalone Marks & Spencer Lingerie & Beauty store in India at Infinity Mall, Mumbai. Model & Bollywood actress Lisa Haydon joined Venu Nair, Managing Director of Marks and Spencer Reliance India, to celebrate the opening of the store. The brand new standalone concept store is dedicated to bringing the very best of M&S’s exceptional quality, stylish and innovative lingerie and an edited beauty offer comprising the very best of nature and science in skincare, bodycare, haircare, cosmetics and fragrance. The 5000 square feet store is the first ever standalone concept in India to offer a dedicated lingerie and beauty shopping experience.

The new store features an inviting and inspiring store design, with a neutral colour palette and flattering lighting to complement the stylish lingerie and beauty collections. Feminine finishing touches add glamour to the store and overall customer shopping experience, including fresh flowers, wooden hangers, bespoke paper bags and luxurious tissue wrapping.

Exceptional quality, stylish lingerie
Marks & Spencer Lingerie & Beauty stores will showcase the very best of M&S’s exceptional quality, stylish lingerie, with edited collections to showcase the season’s key trend of florals and pale tones.

Complementing its trend-led design, M&S offers an extensive breath of lingerie styles, shapes and sizes. For example the retailer’s bras are offered sizes from 30B to 44G, whilst its knickers and sleepwear start from size 6 up to size 22. There is also wide choice of lingerie styles, from everyday t-shirt bras, to clever underwear solutions such as strapless or maternity bras, as well as glamorous silk and lace pieces. Customers can also mix and match lingerie, with complementary colours and patterns across bras, knickers and vests.

M&S also offers a host of clever product innovations to enable customers to look and feel their best. For example, M&S’s exclusive Perfect Fit bra is featured across five different shapes and uses innovative memory foam which moulds to the wearer’s shape to give the perfect, comfortable fit.  All of M&S’s lingerie, including silk, is also fully machine washable. 

In addition, M&S will offer its exclusive Rosie for Autograph lingerie and sleepwear collection at the new stores. The collaboration with international supermodel Rosie Huntington Whiteley was M&S’s fastest ever selling lingerie collection when it launched a year ago, selling over half a million pieces in the first year.

Dedicated beauty offer – combining the very best of nature & science
The new standalone store will also include an exclusive beauty offer which combines the best of nature and science. This includes M&S’s own brand beauty products such as Pure Skincare which has a natural and eco friendly proposition and its popular premium Autograph makeup and fragrances.

Service at the heart of the offer
Service and expert customer advice is a key part of the new Marks & Spencer Lingerie & Beauty stores. Experienced and expertly trained lingerie and beauty advisers will be on hand to offer specialist and impartial advice to customers. 

A free bra fitting service with specially trained customer assistants will help customers to get the best bra fit. Whilst for beauty, the aim is to make beauty buying simple, fuss-free and enjoyable with no hard sell.  All beauty advisers have been specially selected and will undergo a rigorous training programme, specifically designed by industry experts. This includes skincare, hair care and makeup training, practical make-up application for all occasions and skin analysis.
