A ancient tale of two lovers in the city of Pompeii [Rome]
in the year AD 79, Milo (Kit Harington-without six-pack abs) is a slave gladiator
who is in a Arena to fight all the odds to win his true love Cassia (Emily
Browning) gorgeous daughter of a rich trader, who has reluctantly engaged her
to Roman Senator Corvis (Kiefer Sutherland).
Director Paul W. S. Anderson "Pompeii" is just
about its grand look and interesting effects of the volcanic eruption. Less is
done on the story part as it’s a cliché romance about the roman era is a crackpot
and to add more disappointment the impassive chemistry of the lovers.
An addition to the archive of 3D movies.
