Each episode of ‘Get The Look’ will serve as a comprehensive style guide on TV. The ‘Get the Look’ launch event hosted at Lifestyle store in Phoenix Mill, Lower Parel was a fun-filled affair where attendees were treated to a preview of ‘Get the Look’ along with the latest Autumn Winter collection of Lifestyle. Stylists and bloggers were given an opportunity to put together their favourite look for this season, taking their pick from Lifestyle’s latest collection. Their looks were further accentuated by make-up by an expert, addition of some stylish accessories and of course trendy shoes & handbags to complete the look!
An attractive display of the season’s key trends in stylized manner, instant photo corner, make-up and styling kiosk, all added to further fun to the entire meet. Later VJ Anusha joined in, and was seen interacting with guests as she picked and gratified two of her most favourite looks.
Lifestyle AW ’13 Collection Highlights:
The latest Autumn Winter collection by Lifestyle takes inspiration from the high–street and catwalk trends from around the globe.
On display currently, are some of this season’s favourite trends such as Autumn Floral, Aztec, Animal Prints, Qwirky print etc. The collection will be further enhanced with themes like Feminine Oasis, Celebratory Baroque, Dark Romance and Military which make a true fashionista’s must have list this season. Dusty pastels like Olive, mustard, grey, black, wine, ochre and shades of blue are elaborately used to further accentuate the style quotient in Biker jackets, sweatshirts, flirty knits, asymmetric tops, printed bottoms and studded boots. Sequins, shimmer, dark floral and leather elements which have emerged as ‘must haves’ on every fashionista’s list, to cope with the chilly breeze are pivotal to the collection.

Get the Look started as a consumer initiative by Lifestyle focused on beauty launched two years ago. The contest aimed to connect and gratify winners through a makeover by experts with the ultimate reward of being featured in one of India’s leading Fashion magazine.
With participation from more than 2000 young women across 6 cities in the last two editions, Lifestyle’s ‘Get the Look’ in 2013, is all set to scale new heights by associating with MTV.
