Well known singer Suresh Wadkar launched Indo-Canadian musician Vandana Vishwas’s new album “MONOLOGUES”, released in India by Worldwide Records on 9th Feb 2013 at Ajivasan Hall, Juhu, Mumbai, wherein veteran ghazal singer  Rajkumar Rizvi, singer Vipin Sachdeva, composer Imraan Khan (nephew of Ustad Sultan Khan), actor Manoj Verma, Music director Sanjay Raj, music director Kaushal Inamdar, Ratnakar Kumar of Worldwide Records and many dignitaries from media were present. Suresh Wadkar had lots of praise for Vandana Vishwas. He said “It is a good feeling to see Vandana's singing skills in spite of her being an architect by profession. She is spreading love through her melodious voice not only in India but in Canada also”. Rajkumar Rizvi congratulated Ratnakar Kumar of WWR for bringing such album in Indian music world. This album “Monologues” is already gaining popularity in Canada and USA. After Indian launch of the album, Vandana gave a live performance wherein her husband and co-producer Vishwas Thoke was on guitar, renowned music director Kaushal Inamdar was on harmonium & Ganesh Tanwade played Tabla. The performance generated loud applauds by audiences.

Vandana Vishwas, a Sangeet Visharad, is one of the leading exponents of South Asian music in North America. She is also an architect by profession, and was AIR and Doordarshan artist before she left India. She specializes in composing, arranging and singing north Indian classical music based Ghazals, Bhajans, Geet and light Thumri.

Vandana’s second album “Monologues” is a bouquet of contemporary North Indian melodies having western and jazz flavour. It has altogether nine songs, two of these have been penned by Late Mirza Ghalib and Late Jigar Muradabadi and seven by Vishwas Thoke, composed & sung by Vandana Vishwas, except one ghazal that has been composed by D.K.Gandhe. The album has been produced & arranged by Vandana Vishwas and Vishwas Thoke, and being released in India by Worldwide Records.
