IBE announces India’s Best 100 Real Estate Brands List 2019

Mumbai, India:  International Brand Equity – IBE announces India’s Best 100 Real Estate Brands List 2019, an annual study conducted by IBE research across major cities in India to analyse the most successful real estate brands. The best Indian real estate brands list 2019 will be launched on 13th December 2019 during the inaugural ceremony of the IBE “The Best Brand 2019 India Awards”, to be held at Mumbai.The real estate sector is a critical driver of India’s economic growth. The sector has been sailing in turbulent waters over the past few years with a lot of challenges. To analyse how various challenges are tackled by the individual brands, International Brand Equity announces the best real estate brands for residential, commercial and other real estate consultants in India.

The primary factors for evaluating the real estate brands in India are consumer satisfaction, brand valuation, brand awareness, and brand strength.

मराठी में भी रिलीज़ होगी फ़िल्म 'ताण्हाजी: द अनसंग वॉरियर'!

भारतीय इतिहास में अपनी गहरी छाप छोड़ने वाले मराठा वॉरियर, ताण्हाजी मालुसरे के ग्लोरियस लाइफ़ को अब मराठी में भी देखा जा सकेगा! विजुअल इक्स्ट्रैवगैन्ज़ा, ताण्हाजी: द अनसंग वॉरियर का मराठी वर्जन 10 जनवरी, 2020 को पूरे महाराष्ट्र में रिलीज़ होगा।

काफी बड़े पैमाने पर बनाई गई यह ऐतिहासिक फ़िल्म, अपने स्पेशल मराठी वर्जन के साथ पूरे महाराष्ट्र के दर्शकों के एक्सपीरियंस को बेहद शानदार बनाने के लिए तैयार है।

इसके बारे में अजय देवगन कहते हैं, "मेरी ख़ुशकिस्मती है कि मुझे इस बहादुर मराठा वॉरियर की कहानी को उनके मदर-टंग के साथ-साथ हिंदी लैंग्वेज में शेयर करने का मौका मिला। मैं चाहता हूँ कि भारत के बाकी हिस्सों की तरह महाराष्ट्र भी उनकी इस जर्नी में शामिल हो।"

फ़िल्म के मराठी वर्जन के बारे में काजोल कहती हैं, "मुझे यह महाराष्ट्रियन कैरेक्टर काफी पसंद आया। मेरा बचपन अपनी ग्रैंडमदर और ग्रेट-ग्रैंडमदर के साथ बीता है और मैंने उन्हें इसी तरह देखा है, इसलिए मुझे लगा कि मैं अपने ही अतीत में झांक रही हूँ। मुझे ऐसा लग रहा था जैसे बचपन में खेलते हुए मैं अपनी माँ के कपड़े पहनकर ग्रोन-अप तरीके से फ़िल्म में उसका किरदार निभा रही हूँ। वाकई मुझे यह बेहद पसंद आया और अपनी बात बताऊं तो मैं एक दिन रेड कार्पेट पर नऊवारी साड़ी भी पहनूंगी। इसे पहनना बहुत ज्यादा सेक्सी नहीं है! साड़ी की अपनी अलग बॉडी-लैंग्वेज होती है और नऊवारी साड़ी पहनने पर आपको पूरी तरह स्त्री होने का एहसास होता है। इसके अलावा सावित्री का कैरेक्टर भी काफी स्ट्रांग और अमेजिंग है, और मैंने उसके इनैट स्ट्रैंथ को अच्छी तरह समझा साथ ही कठिन हालात का सामना करने के उनके तरीके को ऐडमायर किया।"

फ़िल्म के मराठी वर्जन का ट्रेलर 10 दिसंबर को रिलीज़ होगा!

अजय देवगन स्टारर फ़िल्म 'ताण्हाजी: द अनसंग वॉरियर' 10 जनवरी, 2020 को रिलीज़ होगी, जिसे अजय देवगन की एडीएफ और भूषण कुमार की टी-सीरीज़ ने प्रोड्यूस किया है और ओम राउत ने डायरेक्ट किया है।

Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) International Conference 2019 held in Mumbai.

The two day International Conference organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) was inaugurated today, December 6, 2019 at Mumbai. The Conference “Accountancy Profession: Catalyzing Reforms, Creating Values” is a part of ICAI’s effort to dwell deeper into emerging paradigm of Accountancy Profession and bring the Indian and global perspective together on issues that are of contemporary relevance while ensuring continuous professional development of its members.

Padma Shri CA.(Dr.) T.N.Manoharan, Past President, ICAI and Mr. Alan Johnson, Deputy President, International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), CA. Prafulla P. Chhajed, President, CA. Atul Kumar Gupta, Vice-President, Central & Regional Council Members of ICAI were present during the inauguration of the Conference at Mumbai.
