·         While the popular COLORS’ show Comedy Nights With Kapil has achieved the milestone of 10 million followers on Facebook, Sajid Khan recently understood the true reach of the show.
·         When director Sajid Khan visited the sets of Comedy Nights With Kapil with the team of his upcoming movie Humshakals, he spoke about how a London bus played an integral role in helping him finalize the optimal promotional tactics his comic caper.
·         While travelling in London and wondering about what would be the best platform to ensure that his film become the talk of town, director Sajid Khan spotted a bus on the city’s busy streets which featured a large poster of Comedy Nights with Kapil.
·         According to Sajid Khan, that was the precise moment when he made up his mind that Comedy Nights With Kapil would be a definite stop once he kicks off promotions for the film in India.
·         He then went on to add, “I penned the promotional visit to Comedy Nights With Kapil in the script itself!”
·         Even Riteish Deshmukh agreed to this, saying, “I think people make movies only to promote them on Comedy Nights With Kapil!”
·         In fact, Ram Kapoor told the comedian that he would readily make an appearance on the show whenever Kapil requests him to!

So much so, that the star Khan has gifted one of his personal watches to him recently.

Rajat Arora, who has written the dialogues of the film Kick, is being spoken about to a lot of people by Salman Khan.

He has been recommending him everywhere owing to the dialogues he has written for Kick, especially that one favourite line of his.

It is a punch line which the star Khan feels is very effective.

Well, it so happened that  the first night he couldn’t sleep as there were strange things happening in his room. There would always be someone knocking at his room in the middle of the night and when he opened the door no one would be there.

Behind the hotel there was a well from which strange sounds would be coming continuously, these strange happenings gave Murli many sleepless nights.

Murli was quite prettified and he decided to pack his bags and leave the hotel immediately, and that’s when the producers came running behind him as Murli was about to get into the car! Well it was Murli s turn to get back at his team he said “ I had to get back at them, and I took my revenge,I am the bad guy finally, grinned Murli!!‘Machli Jal Ki Rani Hai’ releases on 13^th June

The first full song of the Akshay Kumar and Tamannah Bhatia starrer It's Entertainment gets a digital release. Interestingly, the track, Johnny Johnny, gives the classic nursery rhyme a Bollywood twist. Director Sajid of the duo Sajid-Farhad says that the nursery rhymes somehow remained etched in our minds even after we turn adults. "We know all nursery rhymes by heart and in the song Johnny Johnny we have played with that." Farhad adds, "We found Sachin Jigar's tune to be catchy. The simple lyrics just sync with the lips." This is for the first time that Akshay will be seen crooning to a female voice in the film. Sajid explains, "Akshay is sloshed and in high spirits. Masti ka mood hai. He is surrounded by bevy of beauties. And in that masti he sings in a female voice. Singers Jigar, Madhav Krishna and Priya have done full justice to the song."

Pritam played by Siddhartha Sagar & Pyaare played by Prasad Barve will match their wits with a new techno savvy ghost Sweetrina played by Neetha Shetty. Mardaani based on human trafficking

The subject of Mardaani had been kept under strict wraps as the makers felt that as a subject it was inherently very controversial.

However we now hear from sources that the Rani Mukherji starrer is based on human trafficking.

Not just that, source close to the film unit says there have been a lot of high profile human trafficking stories that Mardaani has taken inspiration from. While the makers are touting it to be a work of fiction, there is a tone of reality in every scene.

While the script was being developed, the team working on it went back to older police files to incorporate it in the script of Mardaani.

Rani Mukherji will be seen in a never seen before avatar playing the role of a cop in the film and there is a lot of excitement at YRF for this project.

Spokesperson of Mardaani says that "The central subject of the film is based on human trafficking. Writers have drawn inspiration from reality however no one knows which cases"

Swara Bhaskar who will soon be seen in playing the lead role in "Machhli Jal Ki Rani Hai" is all set to enthrall the audience with her acting skills.

To prepare for the role of a possessed person, Swara visited a Darga in Delhi where she saw a possessed person being taken out of possession. 

"It was a different and a very scary experience, but it helped me in preparing for my role. I never saw something like that so it was new for me. I believe in ghosts and I am very scared of them so i generally avoid going to such places." Says Swara.

Swara is always appreciated for the roles she plays in her films. We are sure Swara's hard work in this film wont go waste.

After Sonakshi, it's Arfi Lamba who managed to her some boxing lessons from the champ Vijender Singh.

While shooting for the film Fugly, Vijender Singh and Arfi got along very well. They become best of friends and during free time while Arfi taught Vijender Singh how to dance, Vijender gave some boxing lessons to Arfi Lamba, who plays the role of Aditya.

"Vijender is a very nice person. We gelled very well on the sets on Fugly. It was fun taking boxing lessons from someone like Viju. But I had to be extra careful, because he is a champ and if by mistake he hits me hard, I would be in some other world."

Arfi says his friendship with Vijender has been a big take away from Fugly. “Initially I thought Vijender is a star, Mohit has studied at an international acting school and it would take time for us to break the ice.” But the first shooting schedule in Leh left no doubt. “Vijender and I are friends for life now.”

Vijender recently gave boxing lessons to Sonakshi Sinha also. Seems like Vijender is inspiring a lot of actors these days.
