For quite a long time Sonam was wishing for a place of her own. However, she has no intention to leave her parent’s house and relocate to a new apartment.

A source said, “Sonam was looking for a spacious apartment where she can meet the filmmakers, go through the scripts and rehearse for her roles. Also, it can easily double up as a venue for parties and events. The apartment is huge and meets her needs.”

The actress has been riding high post the success of Raanjhana and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. She has been appreciated for her role in both the movies. After her back to back success she has been getting a lot of scripts. She needed her space to go through them alone.

The source added: “Sonam has finalised the property and the deal is in its closing stages. Her father, Anil, is glad that she has been able to buy a property on her own steam. Sonam will also oversee the interior decoration of the house.”

Sonam will soon start working on her next project Khoobsurat which will be produced by her sister Rhea Kapoor.

STORY.
Criminals Robert Trench (Denzel Washington) and Michael Stigman (Mark Wahlberg) are arrested by U.S. Customs after a meeting with drug lord Papi Greco (Edward James Olmos) in Mexico. Unbeknownst to Stigman, Trench is an undercover DEA agent and reports to his superior, Jessup (Robert John Burke), that he failed to acquire cocaine from Greco that they could use as evidence to convict him. Against Jessup's orders, Trench decides to remain undercover and assist Stigman in robbing $3 million from Greco, so they can prosecute Greco for money laundering. Trench later meets with his lover, Deb Rees (Paula Patton), who is involved with another man as well, while Stigman, an undercover Naval Intelligence Officer, meets with his commanding officer, Harold Quince (James Marsden), who instructs Stigman to kill Trench so the Navy can use the stolen money to fund covert operations.

Trench and Stigman are surprised to find $43 million (rather than $3 million) in the vault. After the heist, Stigman follows orders to betray Trench and escape with the money. He suspects Trench is a cop and shoots to wound instead of kill. Learning of this, Quince attempts to have Stigman killed. Stigman escapes after learning the money will be transferred to a Navy base in Corpus Christi. Meanwhile, Earl (Bill Paxton) aggressively interrogates the bank manager about the money Trench and Stigman stole from him.

Trench visits Jessup to tell him what happened, but Earl and his men are there waiting for him. Earl frames Trench for Jessup's murder and lets him go, making a deal that if Trench returns the $43 million he will be cleared. Trench goes to Stigman's apartment to find out where he took the money, only to have Stigman contact him from a sniper's post across the street. After escaping a hit squad sent by Quince, Trench and Stigman kidnap Greco and interrogate him in the garage at Deb's house, where they find out Earl, Greco's associate, is a black ops operative, and they have stolen money from the CIA.

The garage is attacked by another hit squad, led by Quince, and the trio ends up being captured by Greco and taken to his farm in Mexico. After torturing them and receiving a visit from Earl, Greco gives the pair 24 hours to steal the money from the Navy and return it to him, or Deb will die.

At the base, Trench infiltrates Quince's office, only to discover Quince is Deb's boyfriend, and they had planned to steal the money for themselves. Meanwhile, Stigman asks Admiral Tuway (Fred Ward) for help. Tuway orders Quince's arrest, but disavows Stigman to prevent the scandal from tarnishing the Navy's reputation. Quince evades arrest, as does Stigman. Unable to find the money, Trench is too late to prevent Greco from killing Deb. He later realizes that the money is in a motel room that he and Deb frequented and goes to help Stigman, who had returned to Greco's farm alone.

There, Stigman is surrounded by Greco's men until both Quince and Earl intervene. Trench arrives in a car filled with money, and then blows up the car, scattering the money everywhere, which leads to a massive shootout. During a standoff among Quince, Earl, Trench, and Stigman, Earl reveals that the CIA has 19 other secret banks, and the loss of the $43 million is only a minor setback. Signaling Stigman with a phrase from an earlier conversation, Stigman shoots Earl, and Trench shoots Quince. Trench and Stigman kill Greco and the duo escapes, but not before Trench shoots Stigman in the leg as payback for shooting him in the desert. While planning to continue to take down the CIA's secret banks and sabotage their black ops operations, Trench reveals to Stigman that he did not blow up all the money and had some stashed away.

 Director Baltasar Kormákur, the actor-turned-director from iceland who starred in the 2008 thriller Reyjkavík-Rotterdam is at the helm of handling two ace American actors Denzel Washington
Mark Wahlberg.

The film is a cliche thriller with kind of a Mexican violence and NYPD fashion drama.

Washington and Wahlberg make a colloquial incredible pair of lethal action and smart triumphant situation.

A fast paced action comedy to leave you spellbound.

Also Paula Patton zooms the atmosphere with her seductive act.

With a cast including Bill Paxton and Edd Edward James Olmos makes the movie a worth watch.

STORY.
James Hunt and Niki Lauda are two highly skilled race car drivers who first develop a fierce rivalry in 1970 at a Formula Three race at the Crystal Palace circuit in England, when both their cars spin out and Hunt eventually wins the race. Hunt is a brash, young Briton with a penchant of vomiting before every race, while Lauda is a cool, calculating technical genius who relies on precision. After a falling out with his father, Lauda takes a large bank loan and buys his way into the BRM team, meeting teammate Clay Regazzoni for the first time. Meanwhile, Hunt joins the fledgling Hesketh Racing team, driving an unsponsored white March 731 before moving onto a Hesketh 308 to continue his rivalry with Lauda. Lauda then joins Scuderia Ferrari with Regazzoni and wins his first championship in 1975. Hesketh closes shop after failing to secure a sponsor, but Hunt manages to land a driving position in McLaren after Emerson Fittipaldi leaves the team. During this time, Hunt marries Suzy Miller, while Lauda develops a relationship with Marlene Knaus.

The 1976 Formula One season starts with Lauda dominating the first two races while Hunt struggles to catch up. Hunt wins the Spanish Grand Prix, but is disqualified after a post-race inspection rules that his car is too wide. He begins to doubt himself and his situation is further exacerbated when Suzy is discovered to have a relationship with Richard Burton. Following his divorce, he regains his competitive spirit and his disqualification in Spain is overturned, reinstating the points he lost and putting him back into championship contention.

At the German Grand Prix, Lauda urges the F1 committee to cancel the race due to rain on an already dangerous race track; the request is vetoed by majority of the racers after Hunt convinces them that Lauda fears losing the points race. Both Hunt and Lauda start the race with rain tires, which becomes a costly tactic due to most of the track quickly drying up. They both pit to change tires during the second lap, but halfway toward the third lap, Lauda's car loses control and crashes violently into an embankment before it bursts into flames and is further hit by other cars on the track. Lauda is airlifted to the hospital with third-degree burns to his head and toxic fumes in his lungs. For the next six weeks, Lauda is treated for his injuries while he watches his rival dominate the rest of the season. Against his doctor's orders, he returns behind the wheel of his Ferrari at the Italian Grand Prix to finish fourth while Hunt fails to finish the race.

The 1976 season comes to a climax at the rain-soaked Japanese Grand Prix, with Lauda leading Hunt by three points. By the end of the second lap, Lauda returns to the pits and retire from the race, opting to stay with his wife instead. After facing stiff competition under gruelling conditions and overcoming a late pit stop, Hunt finishes third, giving him enough points to beat Lauda by one point and win the championship. He spends the rest of the year with fame, sex, and drugs, while Lauda takes an interest in flying private planes. At a private airfield, Lauda suggests for Hunt to focus on the next racing season, but later on realizes that Hunt no longer has anything to prove. Hunt continues to race until his retirement in 1979, and becomes a motorsport broadcast commentator until his death in 1993 at the age of 45.

CRITIC VIEW.
James Hunt (Chris Hemsworth) and Niki Lauda (Daniel Brühl), Formula 1 titans who had stormed the race tracks in1976, are recreated by Director Ron Howard on silver screen with panache and style.

As the cars speed on the race tracks the film  gives you less time to think or assess the actual turbulence which was evident at that time,scripted and presented on screen at a breakneck speed of how Formula 1 driver's live life on the fast tracks.

Director Howard  doesn’t just want you to feel the speed of Formula 1 racecar,but he also takes you to the ruthless and daring driving skills of a racer behind the wheels.

Academy Award for Best Cinematography  'Slumdog Millionaire' Cinematographer Anthony Dod Mantle has positioned the cameras on the wildest zone to get the edge of the seat thrill and adrenaline rushing.

Chris Hemsworth gives a superlative performance of a British playboy who transformed into a racing royalty in 70's.

Daniel Brühl as niki lauda was last seen in Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds is fully equiped with his character and convincing.

Music by Hans Zimmer takes you next level of this euphoria.

The 4 lucky women got a once in a lifetime opportunity to feature in a video and meet the gorgeous Anushka Sharma.

The Flaunt Your Back Campaign is a digital extension of this proposition. The contest on the micro site www.flauntyourback.com ran live from 28^th June till 8^th August. The film is being released in India by PVR Pictures on the 18^th of October

Escape Plan, an upcoming Action Thriller film starring the greatest action heroes to have lived, Sylvester Stallone & Arnold Schwarzenegger revolves around a structural-security authority who finds himself incarcerated in a prison he designed.

Directed by, Mikael Håfström a well-known Swedish filmmaker the film will follow Stallone's character Ray Breslin, a structural engineer who is wrongly convicted of a crime, and is incarcerated in a prison of his own design, aided in his escape by his cellmate Rottmayer (Schwarzenegger).

A stellar supporting star-cast with the likes of 50 Cent, Jim Caviezel & Vinnie Jones along with the two biggest powerhouses of the action genre; Escape Plan is all set for release in India on the 18^th of October.
