Based against the backdrop of a Shaandaar wedding, is a love 'triangle' between Alia (Alia Bhatt), Jagjinder Joginder (Shahid Kapoor) and Bipin - Alia’s father (Pankaj Kapur). Bipin believes there’s no one who will be good enough for his daughter while Alia is a dreamer - although her dreams are a bit out of the ordinary.
