The Epic Adventure Everest To Release Across Indian Theaters On 18th September




 
Based on real life events the Universal Pictures’ movie will be releasing in 3D in cinemas

Mumbai, Sep 11, 2015: This September, get ready to experience a spine chilling journey of a group of mountaineers who embark on a journey to to reach the summit of the world’s highest mountain, Everest. The movie which is based on the real life incidents that took place in the 1996 mount everest disaster features Jason Clarke, Josh Brolin, John Hawkes, Robin Wright, Michael Kelly, Sam Worthington, Keira Knightley, Emily Watson and Jake Gyllenhaal and has been helmed by Baltasar Kormákur (2 Guns, Contraband). Everest will be releasing in India onSeptember 18th, 2015 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
 
Inspired by the incredible events surrounding an attempt to reach Mount Everest, the movie documents the awe-inspiring journey of two different expeditions challenged beyond their limits by one of the fiercest snowstorms ever encountered by mankind. Their mettle tested by the harshest elements found on the planet, the climbers will face nearly impossible obstacles as a lifelong obsession becomes a breathtaking struggle for survival.   
 
Shot across the locales of Nepal, Rome and UK, Everest will focus on the challenges faced by two groups, the one that was led by Scott Fischer (played by Gyllenhaal), and the one led by Rob Hall (played by Clarke).
