दीपिका पढ़ रही है मेडिकल की किताबे।

दीपिका अपने रोल को जीवित करने के लिए हर वो कोशिश कर रही है जिसे हर कलाकार को करनी चाहिए। फिल्म पीकू में कई सीन ऐसे है जहा दीपिका उनके पिता बने अमिताभ बच्चन की केअर करते हुए तथा उनकी देखभाल करती हुई नजर आएँगी। 

​​दीपिका कहती है " जी हा में बहुत ज्यादा किताबे पढ़ रही हु और साथ कई घंटे में मेडिकल  लक्षण, समाधान जैसे मुद्दे समझने पर ध्यान दे रही हु।  इनमेसे कुछ लक्षण मुझे पता है जैसे ब्लड प्रेशर की तकलीफ , कब्ज और इत्यादि।
