Angelina Jolie the world's "most beautiful" woman shifts behind the camera for one more cause, to show the world the inhuman treatment which American soldiers have gone through the World War II. The big question whether it was only Americans who have suffered the ordeal as prisoner of war experienced in Japanese camps vice versa when Japanese soldiers were prisoner of war in American camps who will show the facts and trauma of those soldiers. For now the world has to endorse on the heroic tale of one-sided history which are made from Hollywood studios.

Unbroken is based on the 2010 non-fiction book by Laura Hillenbrand Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption. The film depicts the life of USA Olympian and athlete Louis "Louie" Zamperini, played by Jack O'Connell. The film starts with a mind-blowing aerial combat sequence shot with great care and detailed cinematic view of giving the actual experience of Sky-Fight.

Louie and his crew are on a search and rescue mission, when both of the plane's left engines fail, causing a crash into the Pacific Ocean. Louie and two other survivors, Mac [Finn Wittrock] and Phil [Domhnall Gleeson] survive on floating safety rafts for more than forty five days. While Mac dies and Louie and Phil are trapped by Japanese forces and send to P.O.W. camp and an interminable torture is given to Louie by Mutsuhiro "Bird" Watanabe [Miyavi ] out of jealousy because his status as a former Olympian. The tribulation stops when the war ends, eventually Louie and the other prisoners in the camp are set free to return to their homes.

Angelina Jolie has recreated the atmosphere and the pains of this piece of history with extreme agonizing feel in almost every frame of the savagery facts of the P.O.W. camps which soldiers go through.

A person who lives this suffering Irrespective of their origin or colors definitely needs an acknowledgment.
