Katiyabaaz goes tax free in UP

Katiybaaz is a film about electricity theft and portrays various facets of how the life of many people get affected by electricity or the lack of it.
The film was recently watched by the Akhilesh Yadav,  CM of UP and he declared it tax free in the state
He was high on praise for the film and even tweeted about it.
Katiyabaaz is a story based out of Kanpur but has a universal appeal.
Even though the film deals with a grim subject it has a humour element ingrained and is very well shot

The makers, Dipti Kakkar and Fahad are euphoric with this development.
