It is a love story based in London about a Pakistani boy (Ali Zafar as Aman) goes to meet his Indian girl friend’s family(Yami Gautam as Asha)and how total chaos happens when the family comes to know about him being a Pakistani .
The attention shifts from the human characters to an inanimate object the soup container and the fracas begins because of that. It was a novel idea to make a love math between the two arch rival countries but it failed to perk up the interest of the audience. Yami’s is a powerhouse performer but her potential are not exploited.
The movie is all about Aman and his straight and stiff face are a disaster and he hardly has the screen presence. Anupam Kher and Kirron Kher have been untapped on their character.Writer Neeraj Pandey and Director E.Niwas enterprise does not set the ball rolling.
The movie is set on 24 hr countdown but misses the pace, though it is a comedy the only laugh’s generated by a spinach soup container. To conclude even if you miss the movie you are not losing any thing.
