Mumbai Heroes steals the show defeats Bengal Tigers
The
third match of Mumbai Heroes was held at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack
opposite Bengal Tigers where Mumbai Heroes won by 72 runs.
Suniel Shetty says," This time we played very well,
not only Appu and Aftab but also the whole team was on fire this time.
We gave a tough competition to the Bengal tigers and won by 72 runs
which is a very good win. I am proud of the team and we are trying our
best to make it to the semi finals as well."
The match was a treat to the eye for the fans of Mumbai
heroes as Apoorva Lakhia, Raja Bierwani, and Aftab Shivdasani played
spectacularly well and made the team proud. Apoorva Lakhia made 21 runs
in 11 balls, Raja made 33 runs off 33 balls while Aftab made 43 runs in
34 balls and made the team win.
While Apoorva, Raja and Aftab rocked the batting
line up, Bobby Deol and Varun Badola rocked in balling where each of
them took 3 wickets. Bobby Deol got the man of the match award and Aftab
Shivdasani got the Power player award.
