The popular saying in Marathi “स्वामी तिन्ही जगाचा आईविना भिखारी” sounds very precise, which means that a Lord of all three worlds, sans his mother, is just a beggar! There are no limitations to a mother's motherhood, love, and affection.

Great social reformers were born from a mother’s selfless feeling and sacrifice, which gave a new direction to humanity and society. One of them is Padmashree Dr. Tatyarao Lahane. His mother Smt. Anjanabai Lahane blesses him with a second birth by donating a kidney to Tatyarao who in turn celebrated this rebirth and gave sight to millions of blind people. “Maa Tujhe Salaam” is a salute to this mother and all mothers from the society. We are trying to celebrate this event at 101 different places across Maharashtra on 8^th January, 2018, said Producer / Director of the film "Dr. Tatya Lahane | Angar... Power Is Within" and the World Record holder Virag MadhuMalati Wankhade.

Through this program, we are honouring mothers who have contributed towards the society in 101 different places in Maharashtra.

"Dr Tatya Lahane | Angar... Power Is Within" has already entered the spectacular World of Guinness Records. Producer / Director Virag MadhuMalati has 4 world records registered in his name. With a view to create awareness on the darkness in the lives of the blind, and also to promote eye donation, Virag went on to cover his eyes for 100 days with a bandage.

This film is being released on January 12, 2018, throughout Maharashtra. This movie has already created a lot of curiosity in the minds of the film lovers and everyone has been eager for it’s release. Through this movie, all classes from the society and students will get the opportunity to create a world of innovation, inspiration and a hope to create a new world from scratch. Apart from this, viewers would also be able to see more on organ donations and a touching story of a mother, as expressed by Virag MadhuMalati and Presenter Mrs. Reena Agrawal.

Actor Makrand Anaspure has played the lead role of Dr. Lahane in this film, while Alka Kubal is in the role of his mother Smt. Anjanabai.  Dr. Nishigandha Wad has played the role of Dr. Ragini Parekh, and Bharat Ganeshpure and Ramesh Dev have played a special role in this film. Most importantly, Dr. Tatyarao Lahane and Virag MadhuMalati intend to build charitable eye hospitals for the poor and needy through the film’s box office income.

"डॉ. तात्या लहाने... अंगार... पावर इज विदीन" यह फिल्म एक विश्व रिकॉर्ड बनाकरग Guinness Book of World Records में अपना नाम दर्ज करवा चुकी है  निर्माता / निर्देशक विराग मधुमालती के नाम पर  चार विश्व रिकॉर्ड हैं। एक दिव्यांग व्यक्ति के जीवन की तकलीफ को महसूस करने के लिए, और नेत्रदान के लिए समाज मे जागरूकता लाने के लिए 100 दिनों तक अपनी आंखों पर पट्टी बांधने का अकल्पनीय कार्य जनहित के लिए कर चुके हैं।

यह  फिल्म पूरे महाराष्ट्र में 12 जनवरी  को रिलीज की जा रही है। इस मूवी ने सिने जगत में पहले से ही बहुत जिज्ञासा बनाई हुईहै। इस फ़िल्म के  माध्यम से, छात्रों और समाज के हर वर्ग को नव चैतन्य, प्रेरणा और उनकी प्रबल इच्छा शक्ति से दुनिया का कोई भी मुकाम हासिल करने की भावना बढ़ाने का सकारात्मक अवसर मिलेगा। इसके साथ ही जहां एक ओर अवयव दान का प्रबल संदेश मिलेगा वहीं दूसरी ओर मां की हृदयस्पर्शी कथा देखने को मिलेगी यह विश्वास विराग मधुमालती एवं फिल्म की प्रस्तुतकर्ता रीना अग्रवाल ने दर्शाया है।

MAAC 24FPS 2017 doffs hat to best works of Indian & international cinema

Over 4000 students participate in the annual international animation awards

Mumbai, December 22,, 2017: At its 15th edition of the annual 24 FPS International Animation Awards 2017, Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC), the leader in 3D Animation and VFX training doffed its hat in the honour of the best works from the Indian and International cinema. The annual technical awards celebrating the media and entertainment industry was held at the Sahara Star in Mumbai in the presence of over 4000 students from various centres of MAAC who had travelled to the City of Dreams to partake in the event.
24 FPS awards honours excellence and recognize animation talent across the globe and rewards young artists and MAAC students for their creativity. The award is an initiative to promote the work done by young animation film makers and give them a boost in the industry.
The jury panel comprising industry from leading media and entertainment companies such as Tata Elxsi, DQ, Assemblage, Xentrix, Toonz, Double Negative, MPC, Prana Studios, Prime Focus and others adjudged over 113 submissions to select winners under various categories.
Commenting over the 15th edition of the annual awards, Anil Pant, MD & CEO of Aptech Ltd, said, “Every year MAAC gifts the media and entertainment industry with large pool of creative individuals who go on to create a name for themselves in the global media and entertainment space.
