Fans would love to see Farhan directing a women centric film

In Bollywood if there is any actor who is truly versatile, it is Farhan Akhtar. He is not only a Director but also a writer, producer, singer, lyricist and a great actor.

Shahid Kapoor’s Wedding Party continued on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded!



The second week of Jhalak Reloaded was an exciting event that even brought about the whimsical side of the contestants. The show’s hosts and contestants didn’t let go of the fact that it was the first episode post the celebration of the Bollywoood Star Shahid Kapoor tying the knot. They even decided to celebrate themselves on the show even though it was elimination night.
The show began with an elaborate theme in honor of the newly wed with a party based show titled ‘Party All Night’ Jhalak Reloaded even decided to hand out Golden Invitations to each contestant as a commemoration of Shahid’s nuptials. Manish Paul, host of the show teased the star by saying that Jhalak Reloaded’s theme of a party is because of the wedding which he was invited to and wanted all of the contestants to commemorate the special occasion as well. 
TV Star Mohit Malik’s wife, Aditi Malik was even present on the show. Aditi even shared that she is a big fan of the star and Shahid as well joined in the fun by playing ‘Adi Ki Kasam’ with Mohit.  Shahid asked Aditi how does she control her husband of 4 years Mohit to which she replied that he’s new to marriage and wait for three more months to which Shahid teasingly said he can already feel the effect even after a few days!
The party didn’t stop there with Radhika Madan, who danced last week with Shahid Kapoor shared how heartbroken she was after his marriage by reciting a humorous poem for the actor. The teasing didn’t stop there with an audio-visual shown during the show of all the contestants and choreographers wishing Shahid in their own mischievous way.  The jokes continued with the two stars Sanaya Irani and Radhika Madan teasingly acting very upset that the uber cool judge Shahid was now married.
Dancing sensation Shubreet Kaur who previously scored one of the highest points brought in the celebration mood with a dhol to the stage to which Shahid Kapoor and Karan Johar began to dance. With the music bringing everyone to the stage, Karan asked Shahid whether it was his idea to which Shahid said that any party is incomplete without a Party Dance.
Jhalak Reloaded’s second week brought on creative side of the stars as they all wanted to continue the festivities! With Jhalak Reloaded’s contestants continuing to showcase their love for the show, the party will definitely continue with every episode.

13 Girls have been selected for the show through an online application where the girls could email their portfolios to MTV. The girls, who hail from various parts of the country such as Allahbad, Bangalore, Bareily, Nagaland etc. will then be groomed and mentored by MTV VJ and fashionista Anusha Dandekar and image consultant Neeraj Gaba. Week on week, the girls will go through four stages of the competition - Teach - where they will be taught an essential modelling skill, Challenge - a test for them to apply what they’ve learnt, Photo-shoot - to determine what the results of their hard work look like and Elimination - where each week a girl will be sent home. The girls will be judged by none other than the style diva of Bollywood Lisa Haydon and ace photographer Dabboo Ratnani. Each week, the show will also witness visiting celebrity judges to up the difficulty level for the girls.

Rhea Chakraborty Set to Kick Ass with Krav Maga!



July 13,2015: Being a single woman in the city isn’t always safe, and female actors are no exception to this. Rhea Chakraborty, the talented young actress, who works long hours on shoots or assignments, has once faced a threat to her safety close to home. In an interview to a tabloid, she recalled how a stranger had groped her in the elevator of her society building in broad daylight, despite it being guarded. Therefore, to gain strength and more importantly, to build her self defence, Rhea is training in Krav Maga.

A mixed martial art that utilizes the strength of a person’s body to fight,’Krav Maga’ was developed in Israel as a fitness regimen. A global rage with stars like Daniel Craig, Tom Cruise & Hillary Swank, this fitness & self defence technique sets Rhea apart from contemporary female actors; for it also trains her in action.
                                                                                                         
On her part, the 23 year old is giving her training her complete attention. She said, "I'd say Krav Maga is more mind than body. You need to quickly assess a situation and modify whatever you have into a potential weapon. Your mind needs to be sharp, so it can match the blows the body will receive to the blow you will deliver," she says. "Might I add that this translates to improved stress-management skills in the real world," she adds.

Makers of the film finally announce the date of Anubrato Bhallo Acho!

“Anubrato Bhalo Achho?”  the film which is being distributed by Reliance Entertainment has been in news for the kind of admiration it has been receiving!

News is that the film has finally announced its release date and is all set to release on 7th August.

However, the film will only release in Bengal. Regarded as one of the most awaited films of the year has already gathered immense accolades for itself way ahead of its release.

Directed and written by Partha Sen, has also done rounds of various film festivals already. Infact, the film also has bagged several awards while it was screened at these film festivals! The trailer itself has left a strong impact with fantastic background score which has been composed by music director Mayookh Bhaumik.

The film which is based on the lead character Anubrato is played by award winner actor Ritwik Chakraborty who will be seen opposite actor Swastika Mukherjee. The film also features Debleena Dutta and Kharaj Mukherjee.

सूत्रों का कहना है की " हालही मै विद्या जब अपनी लास्ट रिलीज़ हमारी अधूरी कहानी के सिलसिले में मध्य प्रदेश गयी थी तभी वह के कल्चर मिनिस्टर ने उन्हें मुंबई में  आयोजित किये गए  हैंडलूम प्रदर्शनी  के लिए आमंत्रित किया इस प्रदर्शनी  में  पारम्परिक चंदेरी, माहेश्वरी, सिल्क साड़ी, ड्रेस मटेरिअ, गहने, कड़ी के प्रोडक्ट्स शामिल थे , इस प्रदर्शनी के बाद मध्य प्रदेश बोर्ड ने विद्या के हैंडलूम के प्रति चाह को देखकर उन्हें  मध्यप्रदेश हैंडलूम के ब्रांड अबस्सादेर के रूप में उन्हें अप्रोच किया. Vidya Balan the brand ambassador for MP Hand looms 

Vidya Balan who has always stayed true to herself and sported Indian apparel at a time when most shied away from it , has today become a role model for women and has brought the country's national outfit, the saree, back in vogue.
Hence it came as no surprise that the Madhya Pradesh board approached the actress to be brand ambassador for handlooms in the state.

Says a source, "Vidya, who had visited Madhya Pradesh recently to promote her film Humari Adhuri Kahani, was approached by the cultural ministry of the state to grace their prestigious exhibition to be held in Mumbai promoting Crafts and Weaves from remote areas of the state including traditional Chanderi, Maheshwari, silk saris, dress material, jewellery and khadi products among several others.The MP board then later approached her to be ambassador for MP handlooms because of her interest in these traditional handlooms but mainly because Vidya popularized the saree and brought it back in vogue.".

प्रोडूसर भूषण कुमार का कहना है की " बातों को तेरी" यह एक अद्बभुत सांग है इसीलिए हमने फैसला किया है  की हम इस फिल्म के  प्रमोशन की शुरुआत इस गाने के लांच के साथ करेंगे। इस गाने की सबसे खास बात यह है की पहलीबार संगीत जगत के दो दिग्गज हिमेश रेशमिया और अरिजीत सिंह एक साथ नज़र आएंगे।
डायरेक्टर उमेश शुक्ला का कहना है की " हम जब हिमेश से मिले तो उन्होंने हमें सुनाने  लिए चार पांच गाने पहले से ही तैयार रखे थे उन्होंने जैसे ही हमें "बातों को " सुनाया गाना हमारे दिल को छू गया,  और हमने सोचा की इस स्पेशल सांग के लिए हमें स्पेशल आवाज़ की ज़रूरत है जो इस गाने के साथ जस्टिस कर सके इसीलिए हमने अरिजीत को चुना, और अरिजीत और हिमेश की इस जोड़ी ने गाने में जान डाल दी ।"

2 music sensations come together for "Baaton Ko" from All is Well !

Music giants T-Series will tomorrow launch , "Baaton Ko", a song from their upcoming film Umesh Shukla's All is Well starring Abhishek Bachchan, Asin, Rishi Kapoor & Supriya Pathak.

The makers are excited to introduce audiences to the romantic track crooned by singing sensation Arijit Singh and composed by hitmaker Himesh Reshammiya,with lyrics by Shabbir Ahmed.

Ironically, this is the first time that Arijit will be singing a Himesh composition and the combination of the two, turned out to be sheer magic.

Says producer Bhushan Kumar, " Baaton Ko is an incredible song and so we decided to flag off the campaign of the film with this track. What makes it special is that it involves the coming together of 2 big names in music Arijit Singh and Himesh Reshammiya and the combination was electric."

Adds directed Umesh Shukla, " When we met Himesh he had 4-5 songs ready for us to hear but as soon as he started with the first song "Baaton Ko" , we were floored and locked in on it.A special song like this needed a special voice and so we got Arijit on board."

The national award winning composer Amit Trivedi who is known for his work in Dev D and the song Iktara, after giving countless melodies to bollywood has debuted into Marathi industry with the Umesh Kulkarni's film Highway.
The ace composer has recorded a song for the film with singers Benny Dayal and Shalmali Kokghade, naming it "Highway re". We look forward to the response he is going to get by venturing into the Marathi world of music.
