It cannot be refuted that ‘Pukaar call for the hero’ directed by producer-director Vipul A Shah broadcasting on Life OK is based on an extremely interesting tale of human relations, packed with heart-stopping action! Each episode showcased a new stunt which resulted in a admirable furor among audience who kept looking forward to what next will the show bring with it. Now that the show is nearing its curtain call, for their very own loyal audience director Deven Bhojani along with his co-director Vipul A Shah and action director Allen Amin ensured they gave a 100% to make it a lot more fascinating. Describing the USP of last two episodes of ‘Pukaar’ director Deven Bhojani says, “Our show is neither a thriller nor suspense where we reveal some secret at the end."

"‘Pukaar’ is a story about human relationships and human emotions so the last episode will be having a fight sequence between hero and the villain on the final stage where obviously the hero wins. In the finale episode, we have done a sea stunt on a rather grand scale. The action sequence on sea was shot along with many junior artists with the help of flying cameras. Another speciality of this sequence is that we shot it on 26th January at Madh Island’s beach where there was a high alert on for the special day and shooting is not permitted. I thank police and navy department for helping us entirely. Generally such stunts are seen in movies by the audience. This is our first chance to bring it on television through ‘Pukaar’. Teaming up with the well known action director Allen sir, Vipul and I have always tried to come up with some new things. This is the reason that we made the last episode as special as a reality show”.

MUMBAI, Feb. 7, 2015 - Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan will attend NBA All-Star 2015 and participate in the Sprint NBA All-Star Celebrity Game on Feb. 13 at Madison Square Garden as a goodwill ambassador to the league.  Bachchan, a self-proclaimed Los Angeles Lakers fan­­­­, will meet NBA players and legends throughout the weekend and will go behind the scenes at NBA All-Star Saturday Night and the 64^thNBA All-Star Game.  He is poised to become the first-ever Indian to take part in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.

Kishore Kumar, a huge fan of Aamir Khan , cycled all the way from Ranchi to Mumbai to meet the actor. He also bought Aamir hand written letters from the people who he met on the way and helped him reach Mumbai.

Imran Khan: 

The actor was in for a shock when he was bit by a female fan while promoting his film in Dubai on Saturday. A female fan burst through the crowd to meet Imran and caught his hands and started shaking them. Imran reciprocated with a smile, but the fan just refused to let go of his hands. And when Imran's bodyguards swung into action and tried to pull the fan away, the angry lady bit into Imran's hand to stop being pulled away. Imran screamed in pain, but the lady would just not let go even as the guards pulled her away.

Collecting Urdu poetry books is Huma Qureshi's new hobby

Huma Qureshi has a new found hobby. The actress has been collecting old books with Urdu poetry.

While poetry has been a major part of her childhood and growing up years, she only got interested in Urdu poetry recently.

She is fascinated by the language and although she has a lot of knowledge about poetry, Urdu poetry specifically is very different.

Huma feels that in Urdu words are woven together in a beautiful manner giving the poems a much deeper meaning.

When she recently read a few pieces of Urdu poetry, she was so intrigued that she has now been collecting books with Urdu poems.

She is extremely fond of reading Urdu poetry and is trying to get her hands on as many books as she can.

She already has a small collection of Urdu poetry books but is constantly searching for more.

Huma Qureshi shares, "Poetry or Urdu shayri has so much beauty in the way it is written and recited. The interest in Urdu poetry came to me so late... I wish I had discovered this gigantic treasure earlier."

Bangistan set to release on 31st July 2015

Excel Entertainment’s next film Bangistan is set to release on 31st July 2015.

Starring Riteish Deshmukh and Pulkit Samrat, Bangistan is directed by Karan Anshuman.

It is a comedy film about two blundering terrorists who are on a mission to change the world.

It was the Grand Trailer Launch of T-series & Paperdoll Entertainment's upcoming film Ek Paheli- LEELA starring Sunny Leone as Leela

The trailer launch which took place in a suburban theater had a grand welcome in traditional Indian ambiance-with flowers,  for the Cast & Crew- Sunny Leone, Jay Bhanushali, Mohit Ahlawat, Jas Arora, Producers Bhushan Kumar, Ahmed Khan, Shaira Khan & Director Bobby Khan were present!!

Sunny Leone went the Indian way & was seen in a sari and looked elegant. Director Bobby Khan was seen thanking Producer Bhushan Kumar for all the support he gave him throughout his career!

The response from the media was overwhelming on the trailer and everyone complimented Sunny on her hindi diction which was quite impressive.

Farhan Akhtar's heroic act on the sets of Dil Dhadakne Do

Farhan Akhtar performed quite a heroic act during the Turkey schedule of his next film Dil Dhadakne Do.

Post pack up on one of the days while they were on a beach in Anatolia,  Ranveer Singh’s hairdresser Darshan dived into the sea for a swim. He swam out too far and was further dragged by a strong current. 

While he was being swept away, someone spotted his flaying arms and raised an alarm. 

Seeing the commotion, Farhan  jumped into the sea without a second thought and pulled him back to safety.

Everyone on the beach panicked  as the current was very strong. 

However, Farhan's who is an excellent swimmer managed to get to him. It was actually Farhan's timely act saved the day. 

Once they were closer to the shore everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

David Dhawan Praises Taapsee

Every actor likes being complimented on their performances. More so if it is the director one worked with on their first commercial Bollywood film. A little birdie told us, Taapsee got a surprise call from David Dhawan after he saw the film Baby and complimented her on her portrayal of the character. He said that her body language and expressions were bang on and would really leave a lasting impression on one’s mind. The call apparently made Taapsee feel really special because he directed her in her debut Bollywood film Chashme Baddoor. Well any actress would be flattered to get compliments from a legendary directory much like David Dhawan. Taapsee who had invited the director for a special screening couldn't make it as he was busy traveling and the moment he came back the first thing he did was catch up on the movie. This perhaps is the best reward for Taapsee who's beginning to find a foothold in Bollywood. “For any actor it's most humbling when the director who have you a break appreciates your work. David Sir perhaps is the kindest soul I know and he made it a point to see Baby and the way he is, he called me personally to let me know what he felt about the movie. He was very appreciative and I'm really glad he liked my work” she said.

What could be a reflecting change from her last movie, this movie is said to be a romantic comedy set in urban India.

While not much is known of the story line, the idea to become a directorisn't something new for Dia.

A few years ago, Dia had already made up her mind that after becoming a producer she would want.

While no timeline was set by her, when Dia read the script in question she couldnt resist and suggest to take the role of a director.

The film will be produced by her maiden production Venture and will have two young actors from Bollywood.

She's currently working to achieve a stronger draft of the script.The film will go on floors somewhere around June 2015.

‘Ghagra’ song from K C Bokadia’s Dirty Politics has been applauded by viewers. Staying true to the term ‘ghagra’ the song is really making the rounds on the internet and television alike, the lyrics of the song catching on effectively, ‘Ghagre mein ghamasaan…’

Seeing the overwhelming response the song has garnered, filmmaker K C Bokadia has gone ahead and recorded one more song to add to the album, which was initially supposed to have only two songs. The new adition is ‘Tawa pe jawani…’ which will again see Mallika Sherawat sizzling it out.

फिल्म 'एक पहेली लीला' की शूटिंग के दौरान एक खास सीन की शूटिंग के लिए निर्माताओं ने१०० लीटर दूध का उपयोग किया। जी हां हमने सुना है कि हाल ही में राजस्थान में कड़ाके कीपड़ती ठंड के बीच फिल्म की अभिनेत्री सनी लियोनी के नहाने का एक विशेष सीन शूट करने केलिए फिल्म यूनिट ने सनी पर १०० लीटर दूध बहा दिया । गौरतलब हो कि सनी इस फिल्म मेंएक कामुक अवतार में नजर आने वाली हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार यद्यपि दूध को पतला करनेके लिए उसमें गरम पानी मिलाया गया था, फिर भी इस सीन के बाद सनी लियोनी के शरीर परचकते पड़ गये । लेकिन सनी ने पेशेवराना नजरिया दिखाते हुए शूटिंग में बिना किसी तरह केव्यवधान डाले पूरा सीन शूट कराया।

- We hear the actress has had a bath with 100lts of milk for one particular scene in the film which was shot recently in the cold chilly winters of Rajasthan.

-This particular scene is of the present life, and we hear the milk was mixed with hot water to dilute it, and Sunny eventually had few rashes as well but still continued to shoot and did not halt it at well!

-Well talk about professionalism and this is one actress who is up for it! Kudos to Sunny!

Badmashiyaan Music Launch Begins On The Right Note!

What is the best way to commence a musical journey? To begin it with the maestros themselves! On the music launch of 'rom-con' film BADMASHIYAAN, the entire cast and crew were encouraged by the presence of chief guest Sonu Nigam. 

Ankit Tiwari, who sung the Shaitaaniyan song in the film hummed a few lines impromptu on stage with the music directors of the film, Bobby-Imran. 
While Sonu launched the album, the event started with a special performance by all the actors in the film as they performed to the 'Kudiya Beiman…’ number from the film, sung by Manish J. Tipu. Their performance was met with a thunderous applause.

On the eve Sonu Nigam warmly spoke about Siddhant Gupta, he said, "Siddhant is like my younger brother. He is the most amazing looking and nicest person I know."

Vijay Gutte's Badmashiyaan - Fun Never Ends, is directed by ace fashion photographer Amit Khanna, produced under the VRG Motion Pictures/After studio. The film stars Suzanna Mukherjee, Sharib Hashmi, Sidhant Gupta, Karan Mehra and Gunjan Malhotra, and is slated for 27th Feb 2015release.

‘Transporter’ Jason Statham disappoints he is not his usual i.e. less words more action. Statham takes a dive into a foray which dispels his smart action technique vehemently. ‘Wild Card’ Directed by Simon West is a story less with some state of the art action designed to catch the frenzies of Statham’s followers may work as the film's USP to generate buzz as the stars stylish action cleverness.

Nick Wild (Jason Statham) is a habitual gambler from Las Vegas is on a job by self-made millionaire Cyrus Kinnick (Michael Angarano), to show him around Vegas and give him protection while he gambles. Meanwhile he is burdened by his friend Holly (Dominik Garcia-Lorido) horrific incident of a rape assault by Danny DeMarco (Milo Ventimiglia) ever since she desires to take the revenge, Nick has to make possible to get the assailant on her feet and he succeeds and lets Holly to settle her anger and they also steal the money from DeMarco.
Back to a casino with Cyrus, Nick gambles with his half of DeMarco’s stolen money and is on a winning streak but loses all due to a sudden anxiety attack.

The predicament about the revenge attack on DeMarco comes up to the big daddy of criminal world Baby (Stanley Tucci) but as Nick confronts Baby that DeMarco is mendaciously concealing the truth and actual fact being he had raped Holly and the consequences followed thus not being convinced about the whole incident Baby concludes that DeMarco is lying and lets Nick go free. This leads to more chaos as DeMarco vows on to take the revenge and leaves.
