Rudra (Sanjay Dutt) is a tough and charismatic Deputy Commissioner of police of a small town called Amalapur in Hyderabad. His mission statement is to, clean up the city of the scum of the earth and make sure that the public live in peace undisturbed.

Seeing his macho looks, brave heart and honest nature, Sehar (Prachi Desai) an unconventional beauty falls in love with him.

But off the record, Rudra adapts a new policy of adjusting with the local goons so that he can serve the people in an effective way.

Nagori Subramaniyam (Prakash Raj), is an underworld don (Kingmaker) who has the total control of Southern states, both in politics as well as Rowdyism. He bribes Rudra so that he will not disturb his business. Rudra also accepts it on the condition that he makes a few changes in his regime to maintain Law and Order. This results in a lower crime rate in the city.

When Sehar finds out about him accepting money from the don, she is upset. Rudra reveals to her about how he was unjustly affected in the past, which has led to the way he lives today, taking bribes from the wrong people, but accounting and remitting the money to the government or helping the poor in return.

Soon Rudra rubs Nagori the wrong way on issues regarding the public’s welfare, which sparks of a direct clash between them and they both end up challenging to get rid of the other.

How Rudra systematically targets the kingmaker’s illegal activities and brings about his downfall, leading to a bloody climax battle is the main plot of this story.

When legions of monstrous alien creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity’s resources for years on end.  To combat the giant Kaiju, a special type of weapon was devised: massive robots, called Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge.  But even the Jaegers are proving nearly defenseless in the face of the relentless Kaiju.  On the verge of defeat, the forces defending mankind have no choice but to turn to two unlikely heroes—a washed up former pilot (Charlie Hunnam) and an untested trainee (Rinko Kikuchi)—who are teamed to drive a legendary but seemingly obsolete Jaeger from the past.  Together, they stand as mankind’s last hope against the mounting apocalypse.

            Oscar^® nominee Guillermo del Toro (“Pan’s Labyrinth”) directed the epic sci-fi action adventure from a script by Travis Beacham (“Clash of the Titans”) and del Toro, story by Beacham.  Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni, Guillermo del Toro and Mary Parent produced the film, with Callum Greene serving as executive producer.

“Pacific Rim” stars Charlie Hunnam (TV’s “Sons of Anarchy”), Idris Elba (“Thor”), Rinko Kikuchi (“Babel”), Charlie Day (“Horrible Bosses”), Rob Kazinsky, Max Martini, Clifton Collins, Jr., Burn Gorman, and Ron Perlman (the “Hellboy” films). 

Del Toro’s behind-the-scenes team included Academy Award^®-winning director of photography Guillermo Navarro (“Pan’s Labyrinth”), production designers Andrew Neskoromny and Carol Spier, editors Peter Amundson and John Gilroy, and costume designer Kate Hawley.  The music is composed by Ramin Djawadi.  The visual effects supervisors were John Knoll and James E. Price, and Hal Hickel was the animation supervisor.

            Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures present a Legendary Pictures/DDY Production, a Guillermo del Toro film.  Opening beginning July 12, 2013, the film will be released in 2D and 3D in select theaters and IMAX^®, and will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Prashaant Kumar, the New York newbie plays a grey shaded character of the play. Manish Tiwary has hidden Prashaant’s face with silver paint to give the viewers a surprise. But Prashaant Kumar has finally confessed that the guy with the silver face is him.  

The grey shaded character that Prashaant plays in the film is a U.P. cop. Let’s see if his performance shines like his silver face on-screen on 26^th July.

Mumbai, 1^st July 2013: Leading youth brand Café Coffee Day (CCD), hosted an exciting afternoon for lucky winners of the special CCD contest organized to celebrate its association with the highly anticipated film, Lootera! A few lucky winners got to steal a ‘coffee date’ with the lead pair of the movie, two of today’s finest young stars, Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha. The coffee date was held at the popular CCD outlet at Carter Road in Bandra, Mumbai.

The special CCD contest around Balaji and Phantom’s forthcoming ‘Lootera’, a romantic drama set in the 50s, entailed CCD customers to share their tale of the most romantic thing they have done for their loved one. Entries had to be dropped in specially designed ‘Lootera’ Drop Boxes set up at the cafes. The ones with the most romantic stories won the once in a lifetime opportunity to go on a coffee date with youth icons, Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha!

The lucky winners of the contest were sent into a star struck daze as they got to meet and take pictures with the young romantic stars of Lootera. They were thrilled to steal a date with Ranveer and Sonakshi where they got to enjoy a cuppa with them from the ‘Lootera Special’ menu. This menu consisted of the stars’ favorite beverages at CCD. ‘Sonakshi’s Special’ included Irish Coffee, Mochachillo and Black Coffee and ‘Ranveer’s Special’ comprised Devils Own, Espresso and Tropical Iceberg!

Ranveer and Sonakshi were happy to be part of the interactive afternoon with the winners and also shared their moments during the making of the keenly awaited film. The contest winners were also left overjoyed at having met their favorite actors at CCD and getting to hear them speak about ‘Lootera’ and of course their love for coffee.

India’s first War Comedy ‘War Chhod Na Yaar’ is all set to release on 30^th August, 2013.

The film stars Sharman Joshi, Soha Ali Khan and Jaaved Jaaferi. Additional cast includes Sanjay Mishra, Mukul Dev, Manoj Pawha and Dalip Tahil.

We all have a little memories from our childhood. Pooja too shares a naughty incident of her as a kid. On her way back from school she used to feed rotis from her tiffin to the street dogs. She skipped her lunch break and saved the rotis for her dog friends. One day her mother was getting back with her from the road when the dogs came to her wagging their tails. He mother asked her about them and she then confessed to her about she feeding them everyday.Her mother got furious but was then realised her love and care for animals. 

Pooja says she would love to pet a dog if she ever gets a chance.
