Shahrukh Khan, and Salman Khan at a Iftaar Party

Shahrukh Khan, and Salman Khan
 at
a Iftaar Party
Ramadan is a holy month where peoples forget their enemies and spread brother hood. MLA Baba Siddique organized an Iftaar party where many Bollywood and political personality was seen in the party. The Iftaar party has seen a miracle when superstars Shahrukh Khan hug his old friend Salman khan which finally ends their five year old rivalry due to the efforts of Baba Siddique and his friends Madhur Bhandarkar, Sohail Khan, Salim Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Boney Kapoor, Parvez Lakdawala and Nadeem Lakdawala who were also seen at the remarkable event and witnessed the "hug".
Parvez Lakdawala said, “I am quite happy that two megastar ends their cold war at holy month of Ramadan. It’s double celebration for Bollywood industry.”
The two actors were not on talking terms since their infamous brawl at Katrina Kaif's birthday bash in 2008. They had avoided each other in public as well. Over the past few years, this cold war has divided the film industry into two camps, and this controversy had become fodder for a lot of unpleasant gossip between the sides. A lot of other actors too took advantage of this clash by associating themselves either of the two Khans.
Baba Siddiqui who initiated the meeting said, "It was nice to see the two of them greet each other at the Iftaar. They embraced each other and even shook hands. I hope they become friends for life now."
Nadeem Lakdawala said, “It’s a big surprise for everyone to see two superstars found hugging each other at MLA Baba Sddique’s Iftaar party. I am glad to be a part of this moment”. Others were present at the event Narayan Rane, Gurudas Kamanth, Manikrao Thakre and Maharashtra CM Prithviraj Chavan.
