Fans have been waiting eagerly for news about the much-awaited film since its announcement. Dibakar Banerjee ropes in Delhi Band “Joint Family” for Detective Byomkesh Bakshi

The intriguing teaser trailer of Dibakar Banerjee’s Detective Byomkesh Bakshi which got launched last week has garnered a lot of appreciation and gathered great excitement.

Apart from the teaser being captivating, the music of the song has got a lot of attention. The song is a key element in the teaser of the film.

Everyone who heard the song kept thinking that the song belongs to a band from abroad or the style was close to that of Vishal-Shekhar. Dibakar kept the curiosity high by not talking about who the song belonged to.

Social media has been abuzz where everyone has been trying to guess who the singer for the song is.

The track which has been used in the teaser is called Life's a Bitch which is composed by a popular five piece nu-metal band from New Delhi, Joint Family. The Delhi based band will also be converting this song into Hindi.

The film stars Sushant Singh Rajput for the title role and Swastika Mukherjee who will be seen playing the role of Anguri.

Byomkesh Bakshy is the biggest and the most famous detective character on the India Television. This is the first time a movie will be made on him.

The film is being directed by Dibakar Banerjee and will be produced by YRF and Dibakar Banerjee Productions.     

Dibakar said,”It's funny how a lot of people thought we have taken some firang band ka track for the teaser. I saw a hilarious You Tube comment that moaned how I too, like some other directors, had become a copycat and stolen some music off the net!

Joint Family, like Byomkesh - is a pure desi talent from Delhi that's been putting the Indie nu metal scene on fire since 2007/8. Their kickass track Life's a Bitch features in the Byomkesh teaser and will feature in the film as an important track. I guess when something truly sensational and world class breaks through - we are a bit reluctant to accept that it's homegrown and genuine.

And this is just the beginning. A whole bag of raw Indian Indie music talent will feature in the soundtrack of Byomkesh Bakshy and we will keep unveiling Desi Indie bands that deserve a place in the world stage!”

प्रियंका चोपड़ा ने अपनी आगामी फिल्म बाजीराव मस्तानी की शूटिंग शुरू कर दी है। इस फिल्म में १७ वि सदी की मराठी भाषा का उपयोग किया जाना है तो, प्रियंका पेशवाई मराठी लहजा पाने के लिए वे अब विशेषज्ञ की मदत ले रही है। 

​असल में बी मराठी पेशवा दिखने के लिए एक कोच भी सेट पर रखा गया है। पेशवा मराठी में शब्द कठिन और जरा अलग होते है ​तो प्रियंका ने १५ दिनों के लिए विशेष इस भाषा का प्रशिक्षण लेंगी। संजय लीला भंसाली ने भी यह ख्याल रखा है की सेट पर इस भाषा को लेकर कोई मुश्किल न हो इसलिए कोच सेट पर हमेशा मौजूद रहे और शब्द और भाषा के लहजे पर ध्यान रकजे और समय समय पर मदत करे।

‘Action Jackson’ team launch their 1st song ‘Keeda’

The makers of Action Jackson who recently unveiled the trailer have received amazing response from the audiences as it is packed with masaaledaar dialogues and action.

Now the team launched the 1^st song from the film called ‘Keeda’ which is a peppy and a fun track. In fact within sometime of it being launched the song was already trending on few social networking sites.

'Chaar Sahibzaade' is a Harry's Gift to Harman & his generation

Harry Baweja wants to give his sons the culture and religious history as a gift. That’s why he has made CHAAR SAHIBZAADE , which is Bollywood’s first performance capture realistic film. 

Speaking about his emotional connect with the film, Harry Baweja says, “I have made this film not only  for my sons but also for the each and every kid in the world, who is forgetting religion, forgetting culture! Our religion and culture are two things that should make us proud. But it’s not their fault, the people who spread the word about religion are not able to state the history properly to the new generation so they lack about the knowledge. It really feels bad to know that about 80% of people from Punjab don’t know about their culture. I feel some things are not meant to be forgotten after you are done reading it but to be remembered, it needs to be ingrained in a way that it is maintained in our personality.”

CHAAR SAHIBZAADE is a story of last guru, Shri Guru Govind Singh’s four sons Ajit Singh, Juzhaar Singh, Joravar Singh and Fateh Singh’s sacrifice towards the establishment of their religion. CHAAR SAHIBZAADE is directed by Harry Baweja. The film will be presented in 3 languages, Hindi, English and Punjabi, and will hit theatres in 3D and 2D. The film will be released on the eve of Guru Nanak Jayanti on November 6th.

Pulkit chooses JUNOONIYAT over honeymoon!

Pulkit Samrat who has won many hearts on television and in films will now be next seen in JUNOONIYAT opposite Yami Gautam. The film is directed by Vivek Agnihotri and shorts needs to go on the floor, however right before the film Samrat has plans to marry his long-time girlfriend, Shweta Rohira. His wedding is slated for the 3 of November in Goa.

But all plans post wedding have had to be canned. The actor needs to start preparing for his role in JUNOONIYAT almost immediately post his wedding, Samrat will have to travel to Mau in the Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh, soon after the wedding. Bhind not being one of the hot spots for honeymooners, that would have to wait.

Pulkit portrays the role of an army officer in the film. Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri wants him to spend five days in Mau before they start shooting on November 15th to learn the body language and mannerisms of an army officer.

On this the director says," We are often blamed for the inappropriate portrayal of army officers in our films. So, I felt Pulkit should go there to understand the army officers’ way of life.” He futher adds, “After his stay in Mau, he will head to Delhi for his reception. We will start shooting the film soon after.”

Rajukumar Hirani ropes in Swaroop Khan for a song in P.K.

Rajasthani singer Swaroop Khan has been roped in by Rajkumar Hirani for his next project P.K.

Swaroop Khan was a very popular contestant on a singing reality show and was very appreciated for his singing talent.

Rajkumar Hirani wanted a Rajasthani feel for a song in his P.K. He felt Swaroop Khan would do complete justice with his Rajasthani folk music.

The song titled ‘Tharki chokro’ is a Rajasthani song featuring Sanjay Dutt and Aamir Khan.

Sanjay Dutt addresses Aamir Khan as Tharki chokro in the song.
 
It is a classic song and has a very catchy tune.

The song is very special for Swaroop Khan as it the first time he has sung for such a big project.

Ranveer, Parineeti and Ali to get inked for Kill Dil

Ranveer Singh, Parineeti Chopra and Ali Zafar are going to sport a tattoo throughout the promotions of their upcoming film, Kill Dil.

The actors will be attending the Tattoo Conventions 2014 wherein 70 best tattoo artists from across the globe will be present.

The three actors will select one best tattoo artist each who will then design a tattoo especially for each of the actors.

These tattoos will be inspired by Kill Dil and the actors will be flaunting their tattoo throughout the promotions of the film.

YRF produced Kill Dil will show the actors in a very rustic avatar with bikes and leather jackets . So, getting a tattoo was just appropriate and in tandem with the film.

Ranveer, Parineeti and Ali have been discussing various designs for their tattoos and are very excited to sport them.

The film also starring Govinda is slated to release on 14^th November 2014.

Set during World War II ‘Fury’ is an intense painful reality of the period gone with atrocities of the warfare exceptionally written and directed by David Ayer.

The European Theatre of World War II [European War], was a vast area of profound fighting across Europe from Germany's invasion. U.S. Army Sergeant Don "Wardaddy" Collier [Brad Pitt] commands an tank named Fury and its five-man veteran crew Boyd "Bible" Swan [Shia LaBeouf], Grady "Coon-Ass" Travis [Jon Bernthal], loader Trini "Gordo" Garcia [Michael Peña] and a driver who is just an Army typist, Norman Ellison [Logan Lerman] and has never even seen the inside of a tank. Wardaddy as a consequence forces the gun on him and makes him execute the German prisoner.

As the mission to capture small town goes on they encounter into a German woman and her beautiful cousin Emma. It becomes a short-lived rendezvous as a German bombardment hits the town, killing Emma and some of the American forces.

They run into a German Tiger I and in the mayhem only Fury remains and is immobilized after thumping into a landmine increasing more trouble as a German column of three hundred SS infantry approaches towards them, Norman is the lone survivor [though he is ignored by a mysterious SS while he notices him hidden below the fury tank] ultimately after the bloodshed the next morning, U.S. Army units discover Norman.

The film shows the solid reality through a journey of a tank ‘Fury’ and its commanders who bravely fight out the odds of the gruesome situation during World War II. It’s realistic and gore in every way giving us the astounding facts which history will never erase from its memory. Strictly for those who need an insight into a world which witnessed the horrors of one mind ‘Hitler’ and carnage which followed.

TEAM HNY VISITED GAIETY GALAXY THEATER IN MUMBAI

After the overwhelming response at box office in India over the first weekend, film Happy New Year, Director Farah Khan and actors Shah Rukh Khan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani and Vivaan Shah visited Gaiety Galaxy theater in Bandra, Mumbai on 28th October. Team HNY interacted with audience and media at the theater.

Film Happy New Year Director Farah Khan along with the actors Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah unveiled a new video of the song 'Sharabi' in the presence of music director Shekhar Ravjiani and lyricist Kumaar at a hotel in Mumbai on 28th October.

Bhojpuri over Rajasthani for P.K.

While Raju Hirani was planning to have the character of PK speaking Rajasthani, Aamir suggested the Bhojpuri language and Raju instantly felt it was a great idea

The language in Raj Kumar Hirani's upcoming release PK plays a very important role. During one of the discussions Raju felt that Aamir’s character can speak Rajasthani as a language which will be unusual. 

Aamir thought Bhojpuri will give a quirky and humorous touch to the character and at the same time people would be able to understand most of it.

The ace actor had been specially preparing for learning Bhojpuri since two years now. He wanted to learn the nuances and get the diction correctly.

He would try and practice in between shoots and schedules of the film because the language is very tricky to learn and requires certain diction.

Aamir has put in a lot of effort to perfect the language, and has created a lot of buzz by trying something different with this film.

PK will be the second project that will bring together Raj kumar hirani and Aamir Khan and is slated to release on 19th Dec 2014.

The teaser of the film was just released and has been loved by the audiences.

Ranveer Singh comes to Parineeti's rescue

During the shooting of a song for Kill Dil, Ranveer singh calmed a horse down named Toofan.

There was a sequence where Parineeti and Ranveer were supposed to be on a horse. They were shooting for the song Happy Budday and there were around 600 junior artists and it was shot with chaos and pandemonium and amidst firecrackers.

Ranveer had to sit on the horse and Parineeti had to sit on his lap, she was very nervous as she has never sat on a horse.

Animals sense fear very easily and this horse instantly felt Parineeti was afraid.

The horse misbehaved and ran off with them both and it was Ranveer who calmed him down, he had come 2 hours prior for the shoot so that he could make friends with the horse.

It was due to Ranveer’s presence of mind that any mishap was averted.
