by selling the Drugs in Dallas to Aids patient. He starts to smuggle the
illegal Drugs from the border, gets in contact with Rayon, with whom he unwillingly
partners as she can bring more clients. And they together found the
"Dallas Buyers Club".
As they flourish the legal have a eye on them and Richard
Barkley (Michael O'Neill) of the FDA confiscates the ddC and threatens to
arrest Ron. Back in1987 he files a lawsuit against the FDA seeking a legal
right to take the banned Drugs but is denied. Surviving for seven years later he
dies in 1992 leaving hope for the rest as the AZT is made legal to use in a
proportion for the treatment of HIV positive patient saving millions of life.
McConaughey as Ron Woodroof deserves a standing ovation for
his outstanding performance and surely will add him to the list of good actors.
Jared Leto as Rayon has defined the look and has shown the anguish of a
transgender on screen which will leave you in a depressive and an emotional turmoil.
The film is a heroic answer to the dreadful process of
living when one goes through a life threatening diseases and the race to survive.
It will give you inspiration to live happily, a dose which everybody needs.
