‘Chidiyaghar’ is the story of a fun-loving family comprising of different members with their own uncanny & funny mannerisms.

In the ongoing track, Chidiya Ghar will play host to two more family members – Billo Bua (played by Bharati Achrekar) & Chamunda Bua (played by Sulbha Arya). The show takes an interesting turn as both the ‘Buas’ are different from each other like chalk and cheese. Chamunda Bua is a bit eccentric and orthodox in her behavior which Billo Bua is fashionable and style-conscious which results in laughable scuffles.

Bharati Achrekar aka Billo Bua said, “I have been a part of the Chidiya Ghar family earlier and working with all these actors again is truly fantastic. It’s a wonderful experience to enact the role of an old lady who is modern in her outlook and fashionable as well. The character of Billo Bua has different shades which gives it a different flavor. Also the comical altercations with Sulbha Arya are hilarious.”

Sulbha Arya aka Chamunda Bua said, “I play the role of Chamunda Bua who is a typical elder with a short temper and a firm faith in her own set of values. She is a traditional lady and wants everyone in the house to act in a peculiar way. In the past, I have played similar roles but this time there is a funny twist to my role which makes it different.”

Tiger recorded for a music video on the remix version of the song Whistle Baja from his film Heropanti and Billy Jean from MJ’s album Thriller.

He practiced the moves of Michael Jasckson and the video will be a kind of an ode to the legend.

The video will be released online in the first week of July.

Lekar Hum Deewana Dil’s lead pair, Armaan Jain and Deeksha Seth initiated a campaign called 'Adopt A Dog, Be A Hero', to raise awareness about animal welfare at PVR ECX on 29^th June.

This campaign will cover the usual access points like movie theatres, kiosks, radio and internet. It will also include an app, which will allow users to upload pictures of their pets.

The Duo then visited Infinity mall and interacted with the crowd and grooved to ‘Khalifa’ with the fans.

Armaan and Deeksha then headed to Korum Mall wherein they got mobbed and how! The Couple was welcomed with an insane amount of hooting and cheering from the crowd!

After winning the Title of Khatron Ke Khiladi Rajniesh Duggall is back to his first love acting! Yes! the actor has been signed for a romantic comedy film titled Direct Ishq Ho Gaya which is directed by  ‘My Friend Ganesha’ fame director, Rajiv Ruia who has also won Dada Saheb Phalke award for best director with Rajniesh Duggall & Nidhi Subbaiah  in the leading role and is produced by Baba Motion Pictures. 

The shooting for the film is currently in progress in Benaras and the next schedule is planned in the Mumbai Dockyard

Rajniesh will be seen adorning the role of ‘Bicky Shukla’ a typical boy from Uttar Pradesh village, with a care a damn attitude who has adapted the Bohemian style of living. Self obsessed & sure-footed he is a guy with mixed shades

The film was signed by Rajniesh before winning Khatron Ke Khiladi, when quizzed Rajniesh, “The character I am playing in this movie is a big challenge for me. I never wanted to play the sweet nice guy & hence wanted to do this role” He also adds, “The way A.M.Turaaz has written the dialogues/screenplay, the movie is full of entertainment”

Meanwhile the Benaras University students are showing up in huge numbers at the shoot location as the film is being shot there.  Interestingly Direct Ishq Ho Gaya is the first film being shot on the Red Dragon Camera a hi-definition camera which prevents other noises being recorded while shooting!!

Rakul Preet Singh who made her Bollywood debut with “ Yaariyaan” has been finalized for Ramesh Sippy’s next, Shimla Mirchi opposite Rajkumar Rao. Hema Malini also plays a major role in the film and is working with Ramesh Sippy after Sholay which released 39 years ago.

Rakul will play Hema Malini's daughter in the film.

According to the sources, Bindya ji is very keen to see Nidhi playing the lead role but also she doesn’t want her to do any such roles which will question her character. She says that, Today she can sit down with her daughters and watch any of her films, and she wishes the same for Nidhi as well.

Sidharth Malhotra is euphoric with the positive feedback and appreciation his film has been receiving. The film has opened at a magical number crossing 16 crores.

He wanted to thank everyone who was in any way a part of the film and hosted an impromptu party at his place for them yesterday.

Even though Sidharth has been in Mumbai since a couple of years and his last two outings at the box office have been very successful, one has not seen Sidharth celebrating success in this fashion.

Sidharth who doesn't drink usually did have three four drinks to mark the big occasion.

It was a usual recording session at music composer Bappi Lahiri's studio that Garima accompanied her aunt. While she was discussing about her ongoing singing training the producer of the film Ranjeet Sharma & director Sachindra Sharma asked her to sing a little for them. And the very next moment she landed up with her first ever playback singing offer. 

The music of Mumbai Can Dance Saala is being composed by Bappi lahiri.
Ask her how it feels to be launched by a legendary music composer and an excited Garima says "I having been training classical singing when I was 4 from my mom. It feels great to be working with such legendary people. Its a big break, and I'm thankful to bappi da and Ranjeet uncle for showing confidence in me, I'm looking forward to this new phase of my life." Signs off Garima.

 After shaving his head for his upcoming film “Haider”, Shahid Kapoor made most of his new look, by going out for shopping in Srinagar unnoticed. Shahid went out shopping without any security with his new look.


An insider source says “ Shahid has different looks in the film, one with the regular hairdo, the second with a crew-cut and another with his head completely shaved, which was a requirement only for a day. It was after shaving his head that he took to the roads without any security. In fact, the guards who were provided by the official remarked that he looked like a Kashmiri in that look. As no one had seen him like that before, there was no chance of him being recognised.”

Shahid bought Pashmina shawls, a trademark of Kashmir for his family members. The source further adds, “He picked up gifts for his family from one of the stores in the vicinity where he was staying.”
