The film starts in sometime 1999 where Joe Brody (Bryan Cranston) a nuclear plant supervisor and his wife Sandra (Juliette Binoche) are trapped in a plant when a massive explosion occurs. As Joe escapes unhurt Sandra is locked behind the lethal radiation.

Back in present day their son Ford (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) is an explosive ordinance disposal technician and a Lieutenant in the United States Navy receives a call from the US consulate that Joe has been arrested for a his mysterious behavior at a quarantine area near a nuclear plant at Janjira in Japan. As Joe wants his son to believe something is being secretly guarded at the Janjira disaster. Together they discover the area is not infected by any radiation in mayhem they are arrested by the Japanese troupe and are taken to a undisclosed location where a team of scientist are experimenting on a massive creature. As they activate a device to exterminate it the creature uses its aptitude to turn on a form of electro-magnetic pulse and creates a massive destruction in the catastrophic attempt many are killed Joe who is also injured perishes while the American Navy rescues them.

Admiral William Stenz (David Strathairn) who is on a mission to track and obliterate the creature MUTO [Massive Unidentified Terrestrial Organism] In between as Ford is investigated about his father’s report he reveals that he had tracked a form of sound from the Janjira area that MUTO was communicating with something.

As the military disembarks the devastated warehouse they find a MUTO which is more destructive and lethal and is heading towards Las Vegas.

Meanwhile Ford is taken to Honolulu to catch a flight back home. A search team discovers the forest of Hawaii is a source of nuclear feed for the MUTO. Then starts the destruction of the MUTO and Godzilla emerges with a roar and fights the MUTO as they leave Hawaii and head towards San Francisco as the second MUTO is a female and that the two are coming together for mate at San Francisco to breed.

The military tries to tempt the two MUTOs into the ocean with a plan to kill them with a nuclear strike, Serizawa and Graham suggest using Godzilla to eliminate MUTO henceforth Stenz approves the risky mission.

Godzilla kills the MUTO with his radioactive breath, as the climax nears Godzilla roars and returns to the sea giving a sigh of relief to the force and people.

A mammoth entertainment with larger than life imagination is what you see in this latest version of Godzilla. Director Gareth Edwards gives you all big screen pleasure with everything at place, best visual effects and astounding sound effects.160 million dollar creature’s will spellbound you throughout the entire film surely a experience not be missed.

Jee Bhar Ke Jee Le, will be directed by debutatnt director Binoy Gandhi and produced by Nidhi dutta & Binidya Dutta under JP Dutta's new banner J. P. Gene. And will go on floor by May end.

 

Jee Bhar Ke Jee Le launches new faces Nidhi Dutta and Ajit Sodhi.  Supporting cast includes Taaha Shah, Sagarika Ghatge, Diganth Manchale, Vivan Bhatena. 

Music is by Sangeet & Sidharth  Haldipur, Story and Dialogues by Mahavir Ghongade, Cinematography by Yogesh Jani. Binoy Gandhi  has earlier assisted on Darna Mana Hai, Fanaa and Ta Ra Rum Pum. 

Jee Bhar Ke Jee Le is about bond between three friends who can go to any extent to make each other happy . 

Titli Team at Cannes

Director Kanu Behl and debut actor Shashank Arora whose film Titli will be screened at Cannes this year walked the red carpet yesterday for the screening of Grace of Monaco which was the opening film at the festival.

Titli’ is selected in the Un Certain Regard Section. It will be screened with 18 others films in the category.

Titli brings together Dibakar Banerjee and Yash Raj Films who are known for their niche and commercial films,

Titli is the only selection from India this year. The only other Indian film that has featured uncertain regards was Udaan.

The film is about Titli, the youngest member of a violent car-jacking brotherhood plots a desperate bid to escape the 'family' business.

The lead actors Shashank Arora and Shivani Raghuvanshi will be debuting in the film along with Ranvir Shorey and Amit Sial who will play the elder brother of Titli in the film.

 

Titli heading for Cannes

Before the departure yesterday, Dibakar Banerjee and Kanu Behl celebrated the entry of Titli at Cannes.

Dibakar Banerjee and Yash Raj Films' Titli’ is selected in the Un Certain Regard Section. It will be screened with 18 others films in the category.

They also unveiled the first look of the film.

Also preset at the event was Guneet Monga who will help in the international sales, promotion and festival strategies for "Titli".

Kajol wants to watch Mighty Raju- Rio Calling with her children

Kajol was honoured with Mighty Mom award by the makers of Mighty Raju, Rio calling and now she wants to take her children to watch the film. Her office contacted the makers to figure out if there is a special show before the release of the the film. With the censor clearance coming in and a clean U rating the organizers are mighty excited to hold a special show for Kajol, her kids, their friends and a lot more Bollywood industry kids.

A source close to the production confirmed the development, “Yes we did get inquiries from Kajol’s office on the show and very keen to host her. She had recently graced our trailer showcase and music launch and we have honoured her with a Mighty Mom award. We would love to hold a special show for her.

Kajol’s association with Mighty Raju goes a while back when she bumped into the mascot at FiCCI Frames and was absolutely thrilled seeing it. Her office contacted the makers to bring the mascot over to her Juhu office to meet Yug.  Hence the Director, Rajiv Chilaka and Producer , Samir Jain sent Chhota Bheem and Mighty Raju mascot to their office. Both Yug and Kajol spent some time with the mascots and they were very happy to have Bheem and Raju over.

Brief Synopsis- Mighty Raju- Rio Calling

Mighty Raju, the four year old kid with super powers travels to Rio, Brazil as his father Swamy has been given a special assignment by the government of India. Raju’s mother, Sandhya is very happy to go there but Raju is very skeptical and feels that he will miss all his friends. Mighty Raju begins to like Rio and joins a school over there, but gets bullied by Daniel at the school and gets teased that he doesn’t know about how to play football. Raju meets Maria and befriends her. He comes to know that she is the daughter of the Don of Rio- Don Pedro.

Raju begins to experience strange phenomenon and keeps losing his super powers for short durations of time. Meanwhile, his dad is trying to solve the puzzle of banks in Rio being robbed by the means of computers. Eventually, Mighty Raju learns to play football and his school team reaches the final of the inter-school tournament. In this film all his wits and powers are put to the test in a pulse-racing face-off against nasty soccer rivals, gun-toting Mafia dons and deadly Capoeira fighters, all set out to strike him down. Will Mighty Raju emerge victorious?

Baal Veer, is a kids based super hero show. It talks about a wonderland, Pari lok, where all the fairies reside. There are numerous fairies in Pari lok and each pari has her own basic characteristic according to their name. He is a human who is taken to Pari lok by fairies. Baal veer is blessed with the power of the 6 fairies and with those powers he helps Manav and Meher and other kids in fighting against their fears.

Mighty Raju’s appearance on the Tv show is a part of the ongoing promotions for the movie ‘Mighty Raju Rio Calling’. In the Tv show Mighty Raju will be seen helping Baal Veer and his friends to defeat the bad guys. Fans will get a sneak peek into the character of the naughty Raju as he fights villians in a  football face-off and eventually wins over the bad guys.

Sunny Leone who plays Tina in the flick Tina and Lolo has repeatedly tweeted about how she loves shooting with the cast and crew of Tina and Lolo and sources close to the producers tell us that she was very pleased when the director of the film, Devang Dholakia told her that she would be celebrating her birthday with everyone associated with the film. Sunny, who has just returned from L.A found herself shooting on her birthday but was quick to arrange her schedule to accommodate her birthday party. Said Devang, “ We are very happy with our association with Sunny. She is one of the most committed actors I know and she is shining in Tina and Lolo. I, along with everyone associated with my film wish her a very happy birthday and a very successful year ahead.”

Fox Star Studios and Amole Gupte's Hawaa Hawaai did a business of 79.4 lakhs on Monday and grew to 86 lakhs on Tuesday. The making cost of the film is 6 crore including P and A. 

The film starring Saqib Saleem and Partho Gupte has earned 4.25 cr over the weekend with Sunday collections seeing an almost 250 percent growth over its Friday figures.

Baal veer is a prominent fantasy children’s TV series on SAB TV that entertains kids and takes them into magical trips to fairyland. In this magical tale, Baal Veer combats with magical creatures with evil intentions such as Bhayankar Pari played by Shweta Kawatra. He joins forces with Rani Pari, played by Sudeepaa Singh to maintain peace and orderliness in the universe. As per the track details, Bhayankar Pari and Rani Pari are opponents owing to the nature of their on-screen persona. Contrary to their on-screen rivalry, Sudeepaa and Shweta have become great friends.

Sudeepaa Singh said, “I am playing the role of Rani Pari in Baal Veer and helps him to fight and vanquish the forces of evil. I was introduced to Shweta on the sets while we were shooting a short sequence together. During lunch breaks and tea breaks, we started discussing the nature of our work and our food habits. We both being Punjabis have similar likings for different delicacies. At times, Shweta gets the choicest of Punjabi delicacies in her tiffin which we both enjoy over a cup of tea. Shweta is now a close friend of mine.”

Shweta Kawatra said, “Sudeepaa and me hit it off really well on the sets of Baal Veer during the shoot. We later discussed our assignments, our food habits, our affinity towards fairy tales and magical creatures. Sudeepaa has become a really good friend of mine and at times we even hang out over the weekend and explore different destinations in the city.”
