Dedh Ishqiya sequel to the successful and acclaimed Ishqiya is one of the most awaited films of this year. The film was scheduled to release on December 13^th, but will now release on January 31^st, 2014. The plans were changed after Sajid Nadiadwala requested producer Vishal Bhardwaj to postpone the release date to avoid the clash with Imtiaz Ali’s Highway.

Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, produced by Vishal Bhardwaj Productions and Shemaroo Entertainement, Dedh Ishqiya is about the romantic adventures of Khalujan (Naseeruddin Shah) and Babban (Arshad Warsi) with beautiful, irresistible and dangerous women of redoubtable character.

In Ishqiya, Vidya Balan was the femme fatale who led the two men a merry dance while in Dedh Ishqiya, fun is doubled with Madhuri Dixit and Huma Qureshi playing the seductresses with 'nawabi ada'.

Well known composer and singer BappiLahiri records first song after long gap for film “Mumbai Can Dance Sala” in voice of Mamta Sharma. Film is based on life of bar dancers. Song was recorded at Empire Studio on 29^th July 2013.

Writer Director Sachinder Sharma said “as everyone knows that dance bar were closed approximately 7 years ago, thousands of bar dancers were unemployed, now again dance bar are going to reopen, but where were and what these bar dancers were doing these year is not known, this film’s story is based on this particular thought and Bappi Da who has given lots of hits during 1980 and 1990 is the best composer for this subject”. Song was penned by Shabbir and film is being produced by Ranjeet Sharma under banner of Ashima Films.

Looks like Ranbir Kapoor has got his wish fulfilled. We were recently informed that it was Ranbir who suggested his father’s (Rishi Kapoor) name to director Abhinav Singh Kashyap when the casting for their upcoming film, Besharam, began.

A source close to the production reveals, “Ranbir was on board from the time he heard the script. When Abhinav said that they had to cast a senior actor to play a cop, Ranbir simply said that his father had never played a policeman in his (40-yearlong) career. That caught everyone’s attention.”
Now, of course, thanks to that, the Kapoor trio (Ranbir, Rishi and Neetu) will be seen together in the film for the first time.

Ask Abhinav about this and he says, “I am excited to have all three of them in my film. I didn’t know that Rishiji had never played a cop in his entire career. I was so excited to have Rishiji and Neetuji play cops for the first time.”

The film will hit theatres on October 2.

Underworld has been one of the favorite themes of Bollywood in the last decade and
when we talk about underworld there are several films and characters which have
been directly or indirectly inspired by the don.

the dons of under world.

Recently there were reports that Abu Salem was shot at and injured inside the
Tajola jail in Navi Mumbai , and coincidentally Dinesh P. Bhosle's film
'Calapor' revolves around the similar happenings in a jail, it is a modern day setting of
a prison and deals with various intricate details of conspiracies behind the rods.
Priyanshu Chatterjee would be seen in a never seen before avatar of a gangster who
conspires to kill a sharp shooter in the jail!

Speaking about the film, the director said "Well, it is co-incidence that Abu
Salem was shot, and my film Calapor will provide a clear view to the audience
about the happenings of a jail. It will provide the audience a key hole view inside prison"

Mumbai, 31^st July 2013… India has some new Men in Blue in town and they are going to be singing their way to the top of the charts! Sony Pictures’ much awaited THE SMURFS^TM 2 will have an Indian song called “Na Na Na (Nice v/s Naughty)” in keeping with the theme of the new movie. To be released by Sony Music, the song features Chennai-based viral sensation Adhi of HipHop Tamizha (pronounced “Tamila”) whose hit “Club le Mabbu le” has garnered over 2.1 million views on YouTube. Keeping in mind the Smurfs’ huge appeal with kids, Adhi will be joined by the top nine contestants of Sony Entertainment Television’s popular primetime show Indian Idol Junior.

They join an illustrious group of top international artistes. The film’s international soundtrack features Britney Spears’ hit “Ooh La La”. Other major international artists that have shown some Smurf love include Right Said Fred’s “I’m Too Smurfy” (a remake of their classic “I’m Too Sexy” and LMFAO’s “I’m Vexy and I Know It” (remake of their super-hit “I’m Sexy and I Know It”).

Sushant Singh Rajput has become the blue eyed boy of Bollywood. Having recently made his debut, the young actor’s upcoming film Shuddh Desi Romance is getting a lot of traction and is being keenly awaited by the youth.

The film is about casual relationships in small towns of India. It depicts the youth in small towns - their changing thought process and evolving demeanor

When the trailer of SDR launched a lot of his friends and relatives from his hometown called and expressed their delight. He got a lot of positive feedback and they also coaxed him to visit Patna.

Sushant himself has been very keen to visit his Patna. It is a feat which he wants to share with his near and dear ones back home. He has requested the production house (YRF) if it is possible to visit Patna for promotions of the film. He is keen to visit the city with his co-stars Parineeti Chopra and Vaani Kapoor.

Little does anyone know that Sushant was also keen to visit Patna during his debut film Kai Po Che. However, he happen to propose the idea pretty late and hence the logistic bit could not be worked out. Wasting no time, this time around, he has spoken to the production much in advance to figure the possibility.

It has been a long and fruitful journey for Sushant. He has come a long way and wants to share his sweet success with his people.

Spokesperson of the film confirms, "Sushant is very keen to promote the film in his hometown Patna. Having come from the city he is emotionally tied to the city and would love to visit his town with his co-stars - Parineeti and Vaani. We are yet to freeze on the promotion plans but we will take a call on it soon."
