Finding Fanny fun on Comedy Nights With Kapil

Finding Fanny fun on Comedy Nights With Kapil

In a first time on Comedy Nights With Kapil, comedian Kapil Sharma enacted a dream sequence, singing ‘Paani Da’ where he imagined the dream girl of Gen Next Deepika Padukone wherever he looked and lo and behold! Deepika actually appeared in front of his eyes – accompanied by her Finding Fanny co-star Arjun Kapoor.

Unfortunately for Arjun, his entry had him see Palak everywhere! “It’s not a dream to see palak everywhere! It’s a nightmare!” said the funny Kapoor. We don’t blame him – Palak went ahead to proclaim that she wanted to marry him!

Luckily for him, Deepika had tricks up her sleeve to cheer up his day. In spite of Kapil being at his flirtatious best on the show (Note: He sang a made up version of a Hindi song for Dips… ‘Fanny Re’), Deepika went ahead and placed a kiss on heartthrob Arjun’s cheek. Poor Kapil!

As a celebrity, quirky fan requests are normal. Arjun did not look shocked when a fan asked him to repair Kapil’s old Kinetic Luna and actually even obliged. Unfortunately, for the hottie, he failed and ended up making Dips and Kapil sit on the Luna while he pushed them around! We’re sure that made Kapil’s day!

Other fun moments included Daadi and Gutthi dressing up as Dimple Kapadia and doing a ‘hot’ number on the song ‘Shake your bootiya’. So hot were they that Arjun and Deepika could not resist and had to join in! Arjun and Deepika also learnt to jive on the show!

All in all, we think this was a good learning experience for the on-screen pair!

Creature 3D promotional song

Creature 3D promotional song shot by Surveen Chawla and Rajniesh Duggal.

The promotions of Vikram Bhatt's Creature 3D, starring Bipasha Basu and Pakistani actor Imran Abbas Naqvi, is in full swing and the makers have shot a new promotional track for the film as a new Marketing strategy. The track ' Saavan aaya hai' is a passionate number and was shot in Mumbai in two days with Rajniesh Duggall and Surveen Chawla.

A source close to the film says,' Rajniesh and Surveen have recently shot for a promotional video for Creature 3D. The song is a passionate track and has been voiced by Arko and Arijit Singh. Rajniesh, who has worked with Vikram in films like 1920, Phhir and Dangerous Ishhq, did this promotional video without asking any questions. Vikram just requested him to shoot for the video and he immediately agreed. And he hasn't charged absolutely nothing for the track.'

The source further adds,' Rajniesh, who is quite shy in real life, had to do a passionate scene with Surveen. Surveen, who was last seen in Hate Story 2, is quite bold and confident in front of the camera, thanks to the exposure she had in the film. She was quite capable of pulling off an intimate scene, but Rajniesh on the other hand was quite shy. Usually, it is always the male actors who have to pacify their female co- stars during intimate scenes. But this time, it was the other way round as Surveen made Rajniesh comfortable. But considering the professional that he is, after a couple of takes Rajniesh was quite comfortable during the entire sequence.'

The track has turned out exactly as envisioned. Rajniesh and Surveen were quite comfortable with each other and their chemistry has come out very well on screen.

Creature 3D, starring Bipasha Basu and Imran Abbas, directed by Vikram Bhatt, produced under the banner of T-series, is slated for 12th September 2014 release.
